Poor communication. Issues receiving my rental car (your systems made a reservation at the wrong Enterprise location.. waited over an hour and a half til I had my car... not a priority for anyone). I had to call daily for an update, you guys said it would be ready in 2 days but never told me that it would not be ready in time. I was told to pickup at 4:30, but it wasn't ready until 5pm. So I had to wait (again). I received my car back.. and noticed there are areas of the bumper that are not silver, not sure if it wasn't painted right or if it chipped. Not happy and would not recommend!

This is the kind of work that they do (see the photos attached). Manager refused to take responsibility. Rushed job with overspray on different parts of the car (the photo with the sun if you zoom in on the black trim between the windows towards the bottom you can clearly see newer paint in a perfectly straight line)

A was lightly rear-ended, but enough damage was done to need the rear bumper replaced. Caliber Collision got my car in the shop and repaired within 48 hours of the time I dropped it off, which I think is a solid time of completion considering the spectacular job they did on the car. I feel like my car was handled with care, and all of the staff were friendly and informative and made me feel like I was in good hands. Hope you never have an accident, but if you do, I recommend this place!

So today I picked up my car at caliber collision. My car was brought there for repairs after having a car accident on February 21, 2022. For forty five days I waited for my car repairs to be done today, I picked up my vehicle. I was pleased with the final outcome of restoring my car, back to looking new...if not better than before. The technician name Manny, was always soft spoken and respectful explaining along the way, work and part needed for my car. For me, it's been quite a while since my last car accident so I really didn't know what to expect, in the "wait time" ...and because of the COVID situation, many parts needed for my car had some delay. However, Manny would keep up with progress till the end. Great job done 👍✅

I never thought I would come to a place where the customer service would be this phenomenal. The person who helped us was Brian. We went in and asked for an estimate and the professionalism that Brian showed is exceptional. He not only helped us, but he took care of us. Nobody wants to visit a collision shop, but I will tell you right now, If something does ever happen this is the place where I would recommend everyone to go.

Worst place to take your car. RUN! Don’t take your car here, even if the insurance guarantees their work. They’ll tell you that it will take about 2 weeks, LIES. It will be 1 to 2 months and their work is horrible. I took two cars within a month, the first one they had to change the radiator and they forgot to put coolant, the car stopped working within 2 miles from the shop. I had to call them and wait an hour for someone to show up and fill it. In the second car, they put a screw to hold a plastic band and they hid it, thinking we wouldn’t notice. Guess what, we did notice because the band got loose. A 70k car with a screw holding the fender liner is insane.
