Came in trying to match my old helmet up with a new visor….Michael went and grabbed every visor he thought would work!! None of them work but he def went way out of his way to help!!! A loja é grande e oferece muitas opções de motocicletas (várias marcas) e equipamentos para diversão. Muitas marcas mundialmente reconhecidas e até bons preços. Localização fácil. Contudo, não tive uma experiência muito feliz com eles. Comprei uma motocicleta nova, marca KTM, modelo 1290 SAS (que adorei) e paguei antecipadamente, como exigiram, com um cheque administrativo bancário (cashier check). Me prometeram entregar a moto em 2 dias e concordei. No prazo marcado, fui buscar a moto e disseram que o cheque ainda não havia sido compensado. E eu com isso? Trata-se de um cheque emitido por um banco americano, cujo valor foi antecipadamente retirado da minha conta! Até pedi para cancelar o negócio e que me devolvessem o pagamento, o que disseram que não poderiam fazer. Quase tive que chamar a polícia para receber a minha moto. Falei com todos na loja, sem sucesso. Tive que fazer um "barraco" para conseguir retirar minha moto no dia seguinte. Atitude abusiva da empresa. Eu jamais voltarei lá. De se destacar que havíamos comprado duas motocicletas novas (eu e um amigo), ambas pagas à vista. Eu realmente espero (embora não acredite), que um diretor ou pessoa responsável por essa empresa um dia leia esta avaliação, apure a situação e me dê uma resposta sobre a razão de tão horrível atendimento.★★☆☆☆ a week ago
