My experience with this place was really bad from start to finish. I brought my car in to BCAR and was charged for a diagnostic to see what was wrong with the vehicle. A couple of days later I called the owner of this place to set up a date to bring him the car so they can start working on it. He said to bring it in a couple of days later so I did. 8 days later my car is still in the same spot I left it in, they did not touch it at all. The whole time the car was I was calling the owner to see the progress on the car and he would tell me they were working on it that it would be ready the next day. This went on for 8 days until I finally had enough and went to the shop to see what’s going on. He lied saying that he change a part but the car was still having the same issue. It obvious that he didn’t touch the car. Do yourself a favor and don’t take your car to this guy.
