Most horrifying experience, had my car towed there after it stopped in the middle of traffic and it wouldn't start, needless to say the car was running perfectly prior to this. The mechanic said it was an easy fix and just needed to change the fuel pump. The easy fix turned into a few weeks changing spark plug cables. fuel injectors, engine module and multiple things guessing and $1,231.00 later my car has not been the same. Brought it back twice and they could not get it to run smoothly. Today i took my car home out of frustration cause they always blaming the car and i could barely get it to run greater than 25 mph. I am so deeply hurt that they don't take responsibility for their incompetence. i would never ever will go back to place where fixing a car turns into a miserable experience. If you value your car, stay away from this place.

We were in Orlando on vacation, 10 hours from home. The last night of our trip, my battery light came on on the way back to the resort and it was all down hill from there. We purchased a new battery and put it in and the situation did not improve, so we figured it would be the alternator and were very worried about the cost to fix it in order to make it home the next day. It was late so all repair shops were closed. The next morning my husband and I had the vehicle towed from our roadside assistance program. When the tow truck driver picked up the van and my husband, my husband asked the driver if he knew of anywhere to take it that would help us out with the alternator without breaking the bank as we had just spent a lot of money on vacation with all of our kids. The driver brought him here. The owners were fantastic. The service was quick (which was GREATLY appreciated since I was waiting in the lobby of our resort with 5 of our kids as we had to check out first thing that morning). The price was MORE than reasonable and much cheaper than our online research told us it would cost. These people were a godsend in what started out as an extremely frustrating and inconvenient end to our family vacation. Thank you J & G Auto Repairs for being kind, quick and generous!! We are forever grateful to you!!

I did an Oil change, Brake Fluid Change, Coolant flush, New brake pads, Discs, tires with an alignment, and balance. They had great pricing on all the labor and tires. I brought everything else myself. Great Communication, Very efficient with all the work. Car feels completely brand new. I mentioned a concern i had. They did a minor quick fix to help the issue for free due to all the work i paid for already. Car feels brand new again. Family run. Worked with both the daughters, mother, and Javier himself. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a hidden gem for a fair and honest repair shop. They remember you when you’re a frequent customer as well, its difficult to come by these days. 11/10
