The receptionist was very nice and in good spirits. The gentleman that came to give me a quote on my project was friendly and informative. He didn't get annoyed at all the questions I asked. The price was $292 cheaper than the next lowest quote I received for the same shower door. The door was ordered and should be in next week when the installation will take place. I will review the quality of work when the job is complete.

The receptionist was very helpful and kind. She walked out to the car, looked at the small chip in the windshield and told me what I needed to know about the process. The cost wasn't too bad and the wait was under 40 minutes from the time they took the car to the time they brought it back. The lobby is pristine and smells like it looks. There's a few places to sit and some displays of various types of glass doors and whatnot. I appreciated the ease of the whole process and from what I could hear of all their other transactions they're trusted and respected.

Google wants to know what it is like here right now : last I saw the lobby it was empty. I can't express how grateful I am to this place. I sold my house and left for good on Thursday but I still need to be in town for a while so I'm in a short skoolie. Saturday night someone vandalized my skoolie and broke a window that isn't standard and would probably need to be ordered. Not to mention safety glass everywhere. It is in the low 30s right now at night. They literally made me a window, vacuumed most of the glass, didn't charge me an outrageous amount and took care of it immediately while I waited in their warm lobby. Thank you guys so much.

Service was good. Was told contradicting information. I took my aluminum window frame in and bought a pane for 70$. One lady told me I had to pick it up at 5 but when the second desk worker came she said it be ready in 10mins. Few minutes later guy brought in pane and my frame. Got home and inspected my pane and noticed a small chip at the corner. Called back but they did not answer. I just ended up installing it because I did not want to wait. The chip was hidden behind the rubber grommet and frame so I was ok with it. Just inspect the glass before leaving to make sure it’s not chipped. Other then that service was great

The first time that about 7 years ago and cost $50, but this time in October 2024 cost over $240 because of the inflation I believe and no longer State program. As a female I dread doing any car maintenance because there are a lot of people who take advantage of my lack of car knowledge. But when I came here I was so pleasantly surprised at how honest, kind and respectful everyone was. I had a few scary looking chips in my windshield and I would totally understand them telling me I would need a replacement windshield. But the worker kindly told me I didn’t need anything and that they were just scary looking surface chips. Instead of pushing a new windshield and calibrations onto me they were honest. It’s rare to find trustworthy and honest service nowadays and I really appreciate it.

I was looking for our local glass company in Madera, Ca and I was upset to find that the owners had sold due to retirement. I asked the current tenants (Farmer's Insurance) for details and they recommended Don's Mobile Glass. The day was getting later but I still figured I should try calling to get a quote. Chelsea answered the phone and answered all of my questions and a instant quote for my broken window which was a single pane of glass. After getting details on price for this project, I was given the option for them to come to us or take the window to them. I decided to drive over to Merced over an hour away before they closed. I made it there with less than 40 mins before closing. I was greeted and helped by Daren (hope I spelled that right) He amazed me when he said he might just finish the window replacement before they closed so I wouldn't have to make two trips. Talk about outstanding customer service. I was blown away that he installed a new stronger piece of glass with a new seal on my window frame with 5 minutes to spare before they closed. I will definitely be back for all my glass needs. By the way their store interior (showroom) is very nice and comfortable to hang out while they work. Love the traditional feel with coffee and popcorn for customers. Thank you Don's Mobile Glass. My mother love's that her window is brand new and repaired, without having to install an expensive new window from home depot.
