Avoid!!! Dishonest!!! Overpriced!!! Sold me on a service that was not performed. My vehicle is still having the same issues, they claimed to have resolved.

You can blindly trust this place to charge you whats fair and will exactly tell you what actually needed. Extremely trustworthy place to get your car repaired!! So they didn't communicate the fact that my center caps could possibly break before removal and now they won't replace them since it wasn't communicated prior to the work. They wait until after something breaks to inform you that they're not responsible for breaking parts on your vehicle prior to doing work on your car

They sold me dry rotted tires with no tread, 2 weeks later after buying from them my light for tires came on. I burned money doing business with them, there should be some integrity. Just had them examined at another shop during my oil change because I blamed myself and thought i’d bent my rim, my mechanic said “I can’t believe they sold you this but again I can I’ve been in the industry a while snd i’ve seen things, they sold you completely bad tires this is do dangerous”. This is how they sold them to me. Plus I was told a tire is from 2019 so it has exceeded it’s shelf life, I understand that used tires are as is but business should have limits on the merchandise that they accept and sell to others. I wish the receipt documented odometer readings so that I can show you that i’ve driven less than 300 miles since buying these tires from you and the only thing ruining your reputation is your lack of accountability and empathy in your reply. Good on you for showing your true face because you do seem really nice in person. Like I would lie about this, I gain nothing from a false report! In addition, i’ve only ever bought used tires and I have never had this happen in any state with any tire merchant so buying used isn't the problem buying from dealers who don’t inspect and refuse product is. I don’t drive enough to buy new tires. I don’t even live in Oakland park I drove there from Plantation to patronize YOU and this is what you sell me and this is how you respond!? Well there’s the receipt believe that tires shouldn’t look like that after 2 months and less than 300 miles.

These are the only guys I trust to work on my car. I’ve been coming here a few years, each visit is consistent with the last. They’re incredibly kind and explain each service I inquire about with the final price being what they quoted, no hidden surprises. I don’t mind driving the 40 minutes to their shop, they always deliver quality work that’s affordable. I know my cars in good hands and the peace of mind is definitely worth every penny.

I live in Boca Raton and came down here to get my New rims and Tires plus a lift kit installed. Let me just say Ruben 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 was super nice , patient, and gave me a super great deal!!! I went to 4 different places and called about 6 in total and hands down Ruben is the BEST!!! I would give him 10 stars if I could!! Other places were rude ( dinosaurs 🦖 tires and rent a wheel 👎🏻 were the worst) don’t waste your time looking around! Talk to Ruben, He will take great care of you!! I have been using Donan Tires for my Mercedes Benz vehicles for over 5 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else for my tires. They are competitively priced , honest, and friendly and can always order my run flats. I recently referred them to good friends and they were also pleased with them. I highly recommend them.
