When I went for service, I mentioned that I need a wheel balance service because I had new tires installed the previous day. But what I really wanted is wheel alignment because my old tires had uneven tread wear. So it’s my mistake of telling that I need a wheel balance service but that should have ring a bell to the service advisor, that when new tires are installed it is most likely that wheel balance service was performed. But he didn’t mentioned anything. After the service I asked for the report from the technician and that’s when I realized that I needed an alignment service because no report was provided. I left and quickly went back to Driver’s Edge and explained to the service advisor what I actually needed. The service advisor gave me a $20 discount on top of the alignment special. The wheel alignment was performed and I am thankful for the extra discount. That’s why I am giving 2 stars. I general and not just in this situation. I wish that people will care and analyze the situation a little bit. And will give an intelligent advise on what the customer is asking might be needed or not.

When Kwik Kar interaction was disappointing for my Audi S6 diagnostic today morning, the Lord had a better plan for me. My google search led me Drivers edge. They took me in straight away. My scekeptism went away the moment I started talking to the guys there. Tyler helped me save a lot of money. Kenn did a fabulous job on my car and educated me as well. While waiting I got a chance to talk to Jacob and I was impressed with his knowledge and his sense of humor. Overall an experience that was so good that they have me as their customer for life. AJ, shout out to the boys and thanks for having a great team. Places like this makes customers feel welcomed and like friends and family. While there are great mechanics at other places, but you have great people in addition to that. Cheers.
