Called during business hours and got no answer so I left a detailed voicemail. That was over a month ago and never heard back so I had repairs done elsewhere. Even if you did not have time to do the work .. a return call would have been courteous

This shop told someone that they needed a rebuild on their quads engine, tore the engine down without authorization and then dumped it. Not acceptable.

I had a very bad experience with DTR. I don’t know if it’s because I’m not 40 years old or what, but I was treated TERRIBLY and the guy was nothing but rude to me. I would NEVER recommend these guys to anyone. I then went to DW Powersports and was treated with nothing but kindness and respect. Would not recommend DTR to ANYONE

These guys are great!! I have been a customer for over 15 years. They have helped me build my 88 trx 250R, 2001 Banshee, 2004 Blaster, and help me located a low hour YFZ 450 when it was time too go four stroke. If you need an ATV or side by side mechanic or accessories give Matt Or Jimmy a call.

If I could give 0 stars it would be for the people skillz this shop has shown me. This is not a Joke and if I see a worker or person who works there and says other wise I have no problem walking in their and laughing and showing them how to split a case on a motorcycle. 7 hours and 700 dollars just to start work on my bike. I am no dirtbike geniuse but I know mechanics. I would never let these guys touch my bike just cause the way they treated me on the phone. I get you guys are proud but wow 7 hours and 800 dollar quote just to split the case of my bike ha what a joke

Matt and Jimmy are great! They have kept my old honda 250r's running great as well as my yfz 450 and raptor 700. I moved out of the county, but make the trip in from Dundee as I trust them with my bikes. I always get my questions answered and they will save me money by having me to do the simple stuff on my own if it is easy. Thanks again, you guys are great!

I have to agree this place is wonderful, My husband has a nice built lt250r that we had gotten that the clutch was burnt out. After getting a new clutch we had put it together and was not engaging. After a few day at the shop and continuing to figure out the problem was finally resolved just in time to go to sand lake this weekend. Yeah!!! Thank you so much Jimmy for your time you are a great person!

if i could i would put zero stars. i took my atv here for an oil leak, they ripped apart my motor and said there was nothing wrong with it then replaced my water pump and said it was “good to go” i get it back and bolts are missing my exhaust was dangling off of it. i called and took it back in there and tried to charge me more for the labor i already payed for. i came and took it then took it to sand lake after i put bolts on it and fixed it up (tried and did my best) at sand lake, i left the parking lot and made it to the beach down on the beach one pass and the motor seized up. i took it back to the beach house we were staying at and my cousin helped me look at it and apparently DTR did absolutely nothing except broke it and didn’t even try to fix anything. they changed me for things that were supposed to be done but they didn’t do anything. i will NEVER take mine or my family’s bikes here ever again.

If you're just looking for a parts dealer this is a great place to purchase parts. I took my Honda 450r there because I was having a no spark issue. My 450r makes 61 horsepower and is far from stock. I am very good with engine work but I ran out of time to work on my bike. I called DTR and they told me they weren't busy and could get my bike in and get me back out riding. I spoke to the owner and gave him all the info (it was running then quit, recent valve adjustment, not a stock motor). I told him to cap the budget at $300. He told me they would look at it and give me a call. I waited for two weeks then called them and they told me they haven't started on it yet. I waited another two weeks and called again and they told me they ordered parts and would call me back. I never got any calls and when I called back they would tell me the mechanic working on my bike will call, after five calls over five days I still wasn't able to talk to the mechanic. I waited another week and expressed my frustration with not being able to get ahold of the mechanic. Finally the mechanic told me he couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. He said the wiring harness was bad and needed to be replaced, he said he adjusted the valves and did a leak down test. My bill was now at $455 and they suggested a total engine rebuild because of the leak down test results. I told them no and picked it up. The staff tried to tell me my bike had parts on it that weren't stock and that's why it was having problems. I told them it has been running great for years and the mechanic stated he wasn't aware of that. They told me they though there wasn't enough compression to start. I paid my ridiculous bill, which was $155.00 over budget and I got back my bike in the same non running condition and it took 60 days. I took the bike home and started testing the electrical components and found the stator to be bad. I replaced the stator and my bike runs great again. If you have a high performance atv do not trust this shop. They will nickel and dime you out of your money and take a long time doing it. They have terrible customer service, especially when they charge $100 per hour for labor. My plastics and seat also now smell like stale cigarettes, which is now stinking up my garage. When I picked up my bike, I was pleasant and paid the bill. They pushed my bike out of their shop and rolled the garage door shut. Leaving me to load it up into my trailer by myself in the rain. I will never use this shop again and will strongly urge my friends to no use DTR either.

It was an awesome experience, I’m a 14 year old with a Yamaha banshee I’ve recently bought, but was not to put together right and blew up on my 3rd ride. I took my cylinders and crank in and they treated me with the respect and helpfulness I wish some other places knew. I may be 14 but have been working on anything with an engine since I can remember. I wish more places treated me this good(with me being a 14 year old) and treated me like I am a human being and not just a kid. Would highly recommend and they have my business for the rest of my life.

This place and the gentlemen who work there are simply the best. I call the shop on average about once a week for all sorts of information. I'm looking at buying a 700 right now so I've been calling more frequently than usual. They always answer the phone (nearly on the second ring). They always answer my questions in a straight-forward manner, never trying to sell me things I'm not looking for. I've never had my bike worked on there but I have purchased parts from DTR. Its always a good experience. They know what you need and the price is fair. This is a business trying hard to be the best.

Couldn’t be happier with his stand up attitude and great customer service. Jacob is a great tuner and engine guy. Great shop. Great attitude. Would recommend to anyone, anytime. I was super stoked coming in here at first. Brought some old beat up quads and dirt bike I wanted to get by with for the year. Thought man I could spend some serious money here and get a killer banshee tuned up right. I feel very taken advantage of now though. They all sat in there for months for very minimal repairs and upgrades. I did say I wasn't in a hurry but to be charged such a high amount just to be told first quad is done-700 and it wasn't was upsetting. Paid thousands just to have a bike that feels like it'd throw me off still. Been rolled multiple times, tore up. They said wheel bearings weren't issue that I thought and just left bent wheel "because it matched" even though I said I dont care and brought in other wheels. Didnt bleed the non existent brakes. Said you got a brother to help you said? Over 500 each in the old 88 suzuki 250 and 90s kawi 650. Only wanted carb rebuilt on suzuki quadrunner 250.. said they were about to put it on Dino then it's done... WHAT?! Neither atv or dirt bike was worth 500. Added parts without consent. I called in to check up a couple times and had to stop them because charges were getting way up there without telling me continuously for no good reason. They bought new cables and wheel bearings for dirt bike that i didnt know it needed... Told me my battery wouldn't work on suzuki without giving it more than a glance that I bought specifically for it to just sell me a spendy one of his... makes me literally sick working so hard for not even half ass work. Some people I talk to say they used to be good but now just live off the name. Haven't heard any current good views on this place. Theres multiple reveiws with same issues I've had. One guy I heard through family says work wasn't honored after the engine quit working, I think seized up after first run onto the beach. Just see you have money and try to overcharge you. Trying to be your buddy and make everything seem ok. I wish I would've just bought one new bike feeling like i got something for my almost 3k lost. My raptor has an illegal exaust now. Wanted them to put my yoshamira back on. They charged me to have it welded, buy all the parts but failed to put it on cause "we realized pipe on the bike has more flow" NOT what I asked them to do. Full of purposeful confusion. 300 for used Leaky old front shocks. I brought my old stock one saying I'd like just one if can be found. Didnt care what color. Mismatched front headlight... so unhappy. They couldn't easily figure out a proper sand tire for rear of kawasaki so put a new nobbie on back. Got another shop that quickly found it...
