I needed a major detail due to rodent issues in my car. I did the interior detail and it was so worth the money! I would go here again. They took apart my trunk/spare tire area because they found a rats nest. I am very grateful for their thoroughness. Highly recommend!

Chose the VIP option thinking mats will get cleaned too. Quality of vacuuming was very poor inside the car. Did not feel wax/polish, or even air freshener was used. Staff seemed friendly, but the quality of work was much below expectations. I do not recommend this business.

It’s a hit or miss. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes no. I’ve noticed it depends on the day you go and who is working. :/ The pictures are how I receive my car when it’s “done”. I have a membership so I frequent often. Might look into finding a new place or cleaning it myself. Many times i’ve told them if they can wipe it down a little better after they said the car is done, and they look annoyed when I say this. I don’t think i should have to tell them where to clean and want to avoid getting them annoyed since I go often so now I don’t speak up anymore. I’ll just wipe it down better when I’m home. Update: Cancelled my membership.

I was deeply disappointed with the experience. They charged 25 dollars and they claim to do “CERAMIC SHIELD WITH DURA GUARD | PAINT GUARD WITH CARNAUBA WAX | LIQUID POLISH” However none of those were done. Moreover the rear of the bumpers still had mud after the car wash. The rear view mirror is still dirty. Normal automatic car wash cost less but do a better job. Edit - The manager was in contact and offered a re-service which was great! Thank you

I’ve been to countless car washes, many of which are ducky’s brand. This is by far the worst one. Staff isn’t friendly, I went around 10 AM on a Thursday, and waited longer than I do during rush-hour because it was so understaffed. Took well over 45 minutes to get my car back and I ended up just driving it off the lot before they even dried it or did any of the things that I paid for because I was so late for my next appointment. There’s still dog hair all over my backseat and carpet, and my windshield PPF is scratched beyond belief. Which is gonna cost me hundreds of dollars to get replaced. It’s glaringly obviously the staff have zero passion about expediency or results. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I have to give huge credit to Marvin at Ducky’s Car Wash in Menlo Park. From start to finish, his customer service is absolutely phenomenal. He greets you with genuine kindness, takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable with the service, and really goes above and beyond to make sure your car comes out spotless. Marvin clearly takes pride in his work—my car has never looked this clean, inside and out. He pays attention to every detail, and you can see the effort he puts into making sure the wash is done right. But what impressed me most was his honesty and integrity. I had forgotten my jacket in the car, and instead of it getting lost or overlooked, Marvin actually set it aside for me and made sure I got it back. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare these days and really speaks volumes about his character. If you’re looking for top-notch service and someone who truly cares about both your car and your experience, ask for Marvin. He’s a huge reason why I’ll keep coming back to Ducky’s!

Great service. After we came for a wash, we noticed the next day that our windshield wasn’t perfectly clean (the bugs from our long drive to LA were stubborn so not Ducky’s fault) but Marvin was great: not only did the team clean the windshield when we returned, but he offered a full car wash again (we declined because the rest of the wash was fine) :)

I am writing this review not only for Marvin Hernandez and Miguel Acosta but for the entire Ducky's staff in Menlo Park. I have been a customer at Ducky's for as long as I have lived in Menlo Park, and after 20 years of consistently excellent service, attention to detail, and honesty, I felt it was time to write a review. I recently picked up my car after a detail, and as usual, I had left various items in the trunk. Every time I retrieve my car, I find a clear bag displaying all my forgotten belongings, including cash and important papers. Have been coming here basically all my driving life. Today I brought my car in and finally actually signed up for their unlimited membership. Got my car back with the instrument panel terribly scratched. I brought it to Marvin's attention who referred me to his manager Michael Lawson, both refused to acknowledge that it was even possible that they caused the damage, both essentially calling me a liar. Michael even tried to tell me the dealership had put something on it to hide existing scratches that having had my car washed they cleaned it off to expose the scratches, like this was the first time I'd had the car washed. It sucks because I've always been very happy with this car wash but I canceled my unlimited membership and will never come here again.

Wow!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would because Marvin Hernandez at the Menlo Park location on El Camino went above and beyond for me today! My husband and I have been using Ducky’s for years with consistent quality washes and detailing. Today after the car wash, I went to leave and my car wouldn’t start! Marvin noticed I was having some kind of issue and was kind enough to have a look under the hood. Literally with one touch my car started!! Way above his job description, even if my car didn’t start I was so grateful for the help. I was just about to call for a tow. Highly recommend!

I paid $350 for a detailed interior and exterior. They told me the car would be ready in four hours, but when I arrived at that time, the interior hadn't even been started. I watched the staff assigned to clean my car use their phones rather than work. I asked about the status, and they said it would take another half hour. They checked on the car and noticed that they sent the worker home, and then more people started working on it. Despite this, no detailed interior work was actually done. I had another appointment, so I couldn't complain then, but my takeaway is that even if you own a Honda, whether new or not, they won't take proper care because it's not a luxury brand. The service was terrible, and for $350, the job was poorly done. I took a few pictures before I left. There was so much more they left untouched!!!! Horrible experience and not worth the money I paid
