I have been coming to Ricardo’s since his first location in Santa Clara. Great quality work. He’s done transmissions, tune ups and even electrical work in my classic cars. If something is wrong with your car he will figure it out.

I brought my car here in November after my EPC and oil lights came on. AutoZone had diagnosed the issue and referred me to this mechanic. I was quoted $700 to replace all ignition coils, spark plugs, flush the motor, replace the oil and air filters, and complete an oil change. After paying, he refused to provide a receipt detailing the services performed. A few months later, in February, the exact same issue returned and the EPC light came back on. I took my car to a different mechanic for a second opinion. I was told that two of the ignition coils were still the original factory coils, meaning they had not all been replaced as I was charged for. The mechanic also questioned whether the spark plugs had actually been replaced, and if they were, at least one was faulty. I ended up having to redo most of the work I had already paid for. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed and would not recommend this shop. I paid for services that do not appear to have been fully completed, and I was denied documentation of the work.
