Yo también fui a ese taller por cambio de todo un sistema de frenos y amortiguadores y alineacion...para empezar el carro lo tuvieron 2 semanas...por dizque los rims estaban torcidos.. se consiguió unos en un jonkeer...me cobraron hasta respirar ahi..para que en fin de cuentas igual el carro no quedo bien...y ahora que dizque son las llantas bóludas.. termine llevando el carro a otro taller...y ahí ni siquiera me dieron el diagnóstico impreso de la alineación...y le había sacado el sticker del cambio de aceite...la verdad y con tanta demora ahi...y no conforme...no recomiendo ese taller mecánico ahi.. mala atención por parte de los administradores actuales..

Car ended up dieing on me while driving with my wife and infant Luckily this shop was not far from me. I spoke with a gentleman Carlos he gave me number to tow to bring it in.(willys also great price) once they got it to shop they started checking it out right then..and I seen the garage had 3 cars in the bays already. The whole mechanic staff are pleasant and very informative plus helpful. The young lady at the desk took time out to search and call around for the parts needed (transmission) she gave me detailed descriptions of the ones she found and even how and when it would be able to be done. I've very impressed with their outlook on customer service and trust me this isn't how they do in South jersey! Thanks for all the help guys

I know the reviews are great and maybe my issue was one in a million, but here it goes. Went in for a wheel alignment after I hit a sidewalk aka middle street island at night in NYC. Dropped off the car at 9am and received a call to pick up at 1:30pm. When my husband and I arrived, my car was waiting outside. I paid, got in my car, turned it on and ALL of the lights went on. Break system problem, power steering problem, tire calibration problem, VSA problem etc.. the mechanic came to check with 2 other staff members. They ran a diagnostic and told me my car had electrical problems. My car has less than 60,000 miles on it. We asked if they noticed all these error messages while parking the car, but they claimed they drove it around prior to our arrival and no lights turned on. After going back and forth explaining how this has never happened until post wheel alignment, being told that these issues come up sometimes post mechanical work etc.. they offered to check again. Turns out the car had to be driven to recalibrate the sensors. We told them to check the parts around the tire as I hit a large sidewalk (I assume you should check the parts around the area before you do a wheel alignment.) We waited there for an additional 3 hours. They found damage to the ball bearings and the axel on the left driver side. How was this not seen or examined before the alignment? My steering wheel is still crooked btw.. The staff overall was nice however, I felt like I was being gaslit initially with the electrical failure story, being told over again that there were 60 codes showing on their machine insisting for 10 minutes that it was a sudden electrical issue. I’m glad they were able to figure it out but we received no apology or explanation just their findings. We chose to go to our regular mechanic (doesn’t do alignments) for the other repairs.
