I spilled a huge jar of milk in the back seat. I tried to surface clean it, but within a week, the smell was...repulsive. Dunn's came and picked up my truck since I was at work. It took a couple times, but the smell is finally gone. This place is amazing and so is the owner. I highly recommend Dunn's!!

A few reasons why I wouldn't recommend anyone going there, 1. Very rude and threatening customer service. 2. Cost of the service was jacked up after I got there. 3. I had to listen to so many racist comments while my car was being serviced. Edit after the owner's response: I didn't add specific details in my initial review thinking to keep it simple, but after seeing the owner's response, I feel compelled to clear things. I called Joe after finding them on Google, he told me $295 for cleaning, shampooing the entire car and to ozone it. I asked for $200 since that's what I was quoted elsewhere. He AGREED. But once I reached there, he told me that he can't do it for any less than $295. I was honestly shocked. After me requesting, we agreed to clean, shampoo just the front passenger side (1/5th of the total area) and ozone the car for $150. Only after paying and getting to the car, I realized they didn't ozone the car (I confirmed the same with the person who cleaned the car as well). And when I said rude, threatening, racist and sarcastic comments, all were from Joe to me directly. Other people working there were nice though. Edit 2: Maybe Joe deals with homeless people everyday but I didn't see one during the time I was there. All my points/comments above were from Joe to me as I told earlier. I DIDN'T DESERVE that. He called me sensitive and cowardly in his response earlier (looks like he removed those in the edit later). Now he calls me a liar. Likewise, I wish I hadn't come to your shop. I wish I hadn't talked to you. And I wish we don't come across ever again.

Joe and his team did an AMAZING job on my car! I brought my Jetta in after not having it detailed in over a year, in that time I’ve driven from Houston, TX all the way up here to Seattle, WA with my cats. As you can imagine there was quite a bit of gunk and build up. My car was dustier than it’s ever been. After picking my car up from Dunn’s, it felt like jumping in a new car. I’ve never seen it that clean in years. They were able to get stains out that I didn’t think were possible to be removed. 10/10 best car detail I’ve ever received, and such a kind and helpful staff! I will be back!

Needed to get my interior cleaned asap, they fit me in that afternoon. They got it mostly done that afternoon (filthy car), and had me come in the day after to finish up. No problems there. Came in, they finished up the job in about half an hour. Sent me on my way with a nice clean car. You can bet I'll be back if ever I need it.

Great price and service. I was in for a windshield repair next door and they offered a killer price for interior detail that was too good to turn down. Wish I had before photos but trust me to when I saw it looked like a kid & pet car (which it is). They also found that the trunk had been leaking & cleaned that up and let me know if the problem.
