To pay $200 for a detail and have damage done to our car. Then they just don’t respond when we reach out to them. Not ok. Not impressed and don’t want them doing damage to other peoples cars like they did ours.

AMAZING! They worked extremely hard for hours to make sure every inch of my car was clean. My carpets had gum and food smooshed into it and they got every bit of it out. I'd had several other companies come and asked them to get it out and they couldn't. It honestly looks and smells brand new inside. I would highly recommend!

My experience with Duo Detail was nothing short of incredible. There was an issue in the scheduling software where they didn’t know I had made an appointment. Even though they were booked solid, they still found a way to fit me in same day and Nephi did an INCREDIBLE job. He made the car look like showroom quality inside and out on an 80,000 mile used car. He doesn’t just pay attention to the details of the car, but of the yard. When getting water, he only walked on our designated paths, AND he even helped our basement renters carry some things to their car when he saw them struggling. Nephi didn’t just make my car look new, he gave an overall service that is second to none. I will 100 % be using them again in the future. He was able to get smudges out I didn’t know could, and sticker residue that was a pest. If you’re thinking about getting your car detailed, go with Nephi. 💪🏼

Absolutely blown away by the incredible job this car detailer did! This wasn’t just any vehicle—it was a work farm truck that had been through it all: dirt, mud, grease, hay, and who knows what else. It was beyond filthy, and honestly, I wasn’t sure it was possible to get it clean again. But somehow, they worked pure magic. Every surface was spotless, every crevice was cleaned, and the truck looks and smells better than it has in years. The attention to detail was unreal—what I thought were permanent stains and grime are completely gone. On top of the amazing results, their professionalism and customer service were top-notch. They were prompt, friendly, and clearly take a lot of pride in their work.
