Update 6-20-24 took my wifes car to a different ford dealer and the problem is what we thought the a-pin and being fixed the right way thanks for nothing ford I know where I'm going to from now on and it's not to you guys no more updates to mask a real issue and now I won't call to resolve the issue you guys can call me to try to make it better but you won't see my cars again only to finish the oil changes I paid for and that is it nothing else So in the past there service has been really good but i don't know what happened it has really gone down the wrapper so we have been having issues with our wifes ford escape it's been in a few times for the radio/a-pin issue they keep just updating it saying needed update or a patch for the update well low and behold guess what doesn't work the update then they tell us bring it back if it does it again it's probably the radio head or the a-pin and then they say we just had to reload the update it didnt work well now we just had our car there once again for the same thing and what do they tell us it needed a patch to the last update to fix the update so on 6-6-24 we are back at ford and guess what it's doing it again and the manager tells me good thing it's only been 3 times it happens alot more then that tells me they don't know what there doing and they know my warranty is up soon so there waiting for my warranty to be done and then they will wanna fix it the right way so the can charge me out the butt for the repairs me and my wife have bought 13 cars from here and have always had the services done here and now this is how there going to treat me well good luck me buying another car there and dealing with there service or the service manager I was having a conversation with my service writer the manager comes in the middle of talking to him not knowing what i was asking him and says we already talked about that why we talking about it again excuse me i was asking pricing questions and you didn't have a clue what we was talking about but the sales people up front awsome i would deal with them and we would buy more cars from here but service department not so much because I don't want to deal with service I hope the right people read this and something is done and done right because for right now I'm taking my business else where and I know they will treat us right and there going to fix what your service guys should of fixed every other time it was brought in good luck lost my business I changing from ford all together and getting something besides a ford thanks to service I'm not very happy with the products ford is putting out and how service it treating a loyal customer as soon as we can the ford is gone from our driveway and replaced with a different make

Very helpful and friendly staff. I went in for a free brake check and and they welcomed me in immediately without an appointment. Scott and Devin were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions (even some unrelated to brakes) clearly and honestly. I also appreciated that they let me go without overly pressuring me to buy their services.

Been here for 3 hrs for oil change and tires re-alignment. Was promised 45 min to 60 min. Nobody responded to my txt as that was our way of communication. I go outside to see my car had been done but nobody told me and they lost my keys under paperwork. Guy tries to help me but the GM took him into his office along w my keys and paperwork for another 20 min. Bad communication and bad customer service. And the shop was dead. No reason to not help. Front desk / gm didn’t care about the customer. I’ll go back to another ford dealership. Not Provo.

I've been coming here for oil changes for a couple years now, and I've always had a positive experience. They have a great oil change package that saves me money and makes the whole process so much easier. The techs and service advisors communicate clearly and explain the status of your car and what needs to be done, while not pressuring you into getting any additional services done then and there. Everyone I've interacted with has been super friendly and I feel very comfortable, even as someone who doesn't know a ton about cars. Olivia helped me out today and she was so kind and made me feel at ease while discussing the results of my car inspection. I will definitely be a customer for years to come!
