My car had an issue related to the transmission and I was quoted an absurd amount at other shops to get it fixed but Gerardo and Josue at Marcos Tires & Auto Repair completed the job at a very affordable rate. They were very honest about what the car actually needed to get fixed and the job was done quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be coming back to service my car here!

Sure thankful for these gentlemen today! I live in SLC & had to come down to Provo for work. On my way down south my tire sensor light went off - no big, was due for a rotation and alignment anyway. Looked up highly rated spots near my office and they came up first thing. Come to find out after dropping the car off thet I need two tires replaced due to wearing on the outside treads. I really appreciate how the owner's son took me back to the garage and pointed out the flaws in my tire compared to a newer one. He actually explained what he meant versus just yapping at me, which is unfortunately common as a single woman with zero mechanical experience. On top of teaching me something, they also didnt charge me for the rotation since I'll be out of pocket for a new set of tires (thanks all-wheel drive!) If I lived closer these guys would be my regular mechanic. Thanks for your kindness and integrity today, gentlemen. It doesnt go unnoticed. 🫶

If your first language is not Spanish have someone with you that speaks Spanish. I requested and confirmed through phone and text what I needed done to my vehicle. They only did half the job. I was charged the full cost for the quote they gave me for the whole job I requested. When inquiring about the job work not met. They asked me why I took my car to another shop and told me I had warranty for 6 months. This response was not relevant to the question of why the whole job was not done. They then sent me a photo of my receipt “well if you look at the receipt it says only one side” even though they confirmed the price they gave me for both sides AS I HAD REQUESTED. They won’t take accountability, so be very attentive. I’ll take the loss, lesson learned.

I worked at a car rental company so I dealt with plenty of body shops. Marco’s is incredibly honest and they were great communicators. My car had some complications and they still were able to get my car fixed in a day. I will be going to them over any other shop in provo, even the main ones, for a couple reasons: 1. Since they are smaller, you will get much faster service. 2. Best pricing I have seen. Thanks to Josue for making sure I was taken care of

This place is great! Josue helped me out, he’s THE MAN. They are very down to earth here and will tell you what you need to change without all the extra stuff. They checked out my car for free and saw I needed to replace my fuel pump. They helped me out big time and wasn’t tried to screw me over with a high price. Going here feels very comfortable. Marcos Tires is NOW my favorite shop to go to and they do quality service. I read the very few bad reviews they had and I was surprised because this shop is so honest with their work and they are so nice and fast with their service. Shout out to Josue and the owners son, Ivan for being very good at explaining what they were doing with my car since I don’t know a lot. I felt very comfortable and did not feel taken advantage of, especially since I am a woman.
