I had a really good experience dealing with Auto Body Works and Collision. From the day I received my estimate to the day I picked up my car, I was treated with respect and kindness. When I went in for my estimate, even though it was unscheduled and unexpected on their end, they were able to get my estimate done right away, giving me a very reasonable price, and educating me on what repairs were necessary and why. They happily answered any and all questions. I went a few other places for estimates (the insurance I was dealing with requested three estimates), and was even aware that I would have to wait a whole week longer compared to other auto-body shops just to drop my car off, but was so impressed with the customer service that it was well worth the wait, making my decision to do business with them as opposed to another auto-body shop, an easy choice. After dropping off the car to have it repaired, I had to call in and request some additional information for my insurance on two different occasions. Each time I did, the answers and information requested were promptly emailed to me within minutes. When I was notified that my car was ready to be picked up, I went in to pay, and was notified that they were able to completely avoid replacing a part they had included in the estimate and charged me much less than I had been told. I understand that not everyone will have this pleasant surprise when doing business with Auto Body Works & Collision Repair, but you can rest at ease knowing that if this company can save you money or avoid billing you for unnecessary labor or parts, they will. I would and will, highly recommend Auto Body Works & Collision Repair in Provo to any and all of my friends looking for a place to have their auto-body repairs done.

We love this place! We've gone twice for two different repairs on on our minivan; both times Ray and Staci were kind, courteous, and helpful. Their friendly, respectful, customer-oriented attitude immediately made me feel comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable and fair, as is their turn-around time. They are knowledgeable and swift in their estimates and in answering any questions that may arise. The work done on our minivan both times was perfect. And I love driving away in a shiny, clean car, as they wash it after every job! Hopefully we won't have to visit them again anytime soon, but if we need any body work done in the future, this is where we'll head first.

I got into an accident at was my first time having to file a claim with another person's insurance company. I always had my dad pass all around the same time. The person at fault wouldn't respond and his insurance company is located in a compelty different state. Florida. I had no clue how to get the insurance company to not be rude and even answer when I left a voicemail. Ray and Stacey were there and helped me learn how to handle dodge insurance places! They even helped me try to get the claim rep to respond or call me back. It took over 6 weeks and was able to get my vehicle in the shop for work and gladly answered any question or concern I asked about. My vehicle looked like she came off the showroom floor! Better than she did before the wreck. 15/10 highly recommended 100% I won't go to any other body shop. They also accept all insurance companies, and man how they can help process whatever they request or need quickly they let me know if it had to be a full section like my bumper was replaced or if it was just repaired.

I first used them 4 years ago. They fixed my sisters car that had a busted bumper, side door and fender and headlight. The blinker didn't work after getting the car back. She went in and they fixed it no questions asked. The work they did was amazing. I used them again just this last month to fix my husbands car. They did amazingly well again. The turn around time was about 1 week. They worked with the insurance from getting the adjuster to look at it all the way to getting the payment. I love the work they do and would recommend them to all my friends.

This is a fantastic shop! They are meticulous and very helpful. When I had my car assessed and inspected by my insurance company for my claim, they missed notating the splash shields on my car. The folks at Auto Body caught that damage and let me know they would get those fixed too and add to the adjustment. They were honest and were good about communicating what they were going to do. They definitely care about their customers and satisfaction. Will be recommending this business! :D

I can't emphasize enough how honest and great this company is. We accidentally slammed a shopping cart with the trunk of my car and was recommended to go to a body shop so we came here. They saw us immediately and treated us so well. They fixed my car on the spot! We are so grateful for them and for their genuine kindness. They didn't try to rip us off or anything and were very clear on what they were doing the whole time. Everyone was super helpful and I will definitely come back to this place if I ever have another car problem! I 100% recommend them to anyone!!

I have taken my car twice to Auto Body Works after being in accidents and they did a fabulous job restoring the car to it's original beauty. Auto Body Works & Collision Repair were amazing! Someone backed into me in a parking lot, so my rear bumper needed to be painted. Since I was paying out of pocket, I shopped around for estimates, and they beat the next closest estimate by about half. Staci, their manager, is super friendly and easy to work with. After I sent in photos of the work I needed done, she stuck to the quoted price and didn’t try to upsell me in person. They were able to schedule me quickly and were even willing to get me in sooner if I was in a rush. I also had a small paint chip the size of a quarter on the gas cap that was there when I bought the car. I had requested other auto body shops fix it in the past, but they never did. When I brought this up with Staci, she went above and beyond to make sure it got done and wasn’t overlooked this time.

Stacy and Ray could not have been more honest and kind. This was especially comforting as a college student. They didn’t try to take advantage of me at all, in fact their estimate was more than half the cost of the 2 other places I received estimates from. The estimate was exactly what the total came out to be which was amazing. The service was fast and my car came back good as new and sparkly clean. i had sent Staci pictures of the work i wanted done prior to my appointment. I'm telling you these people at Autobody works are ON IT!!! She already had most of the parts needed to complete the work and discover additional parts that were needed upon inspection. This little car is of special significance to me as it is being donated to a family who doesn't have the money for a car for their son who is driving age in the next couple months. When doing business i don't just look for "hands" that can do the work...i look for "hearts" that direct those hands. The founder of this body shop passed away unexpectedly, but he instilled into the people he left behind with "hearts" to carry on his legacy. Staci and i had a good cry when i picked up the car. Lives will be impacted for generations because of the work these wonderful people do. Expect to be moved when dealing with them!!! I am. Thanks again Staci, David, Randy and Enrique.

Cannot recommend this place enough, I came to them with a very messy situation from dealing with a chain collision repair company who tossed or stole some of the parts on my car— my car was hit by a deer and my insurance sent me to Caliber collision who declared it a total loss— I bought the car from my grandparents a few months earlier so I decided I wanted to buy the car back from my insurance and get it fixed myself. Well when they towed my car back to me it no longer had the hood, right fender, or front bumper! I walked into Auto Body Works and explained my situation and Staci was able to send me a quote based entirely on photos of my car. They were booked a few months out (which I took as a good sign) and I set up my appointment. My car was there for a total of three weeks which is honestly much shorter than I expected due to the level of work that was needed. Staci was amazing and kept me updated on what needed to happen with the car. A few things that weren’t in the original quote needed to be addressed and she cleared them both with me before doing anything— there was a tire that needed to be replaced and the battery was also just not holding a charge. Ultimately I expect a quote to just be that, it’s not set in stone and I figured I would be paying a good amount more than what I was quoted, especially since it was all based on photos. It only ended up being about $200 more than the original quote, which on a $5,000+ quote is really pretty amazing. I can speak to the work done on the car, it really looks good as new and is driving like a dream once again. They even filled it up with gas for me. Also as a woman who ultimately doesn’t know much about cars, it was a joy to work with Staci who was never condescending and took the time to explain things to me and even lend an empathetic ear! I don’t feel like they ever took advantage of my lack of knowledge which is really hard to find in a car repair place. These folks are honest, straightforward, and kind and I would never hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for auto body repair. Thank you Auto Body Works and Collision for getting me and my little 2007 Prius back on the road!
