Don’t buy a battery here. I had a NAPA battery which went bad and to get the Warrantee to apply I HAVE TO HAVE MY RECEIPT from a year and a half ago. I also pointed out that there is a date code on the battery but she said "THAT DID NOT MATTER IF I DID NOT HAVE MY RECEIPT". So I went to Autozone, where they track your purchases and I don’t have to search and find my receipt.

Came in to get a fitting for a carburator. The older guy behind the parts counter was on his phone, diddn't even look up even though I was standing right in front of him. finally a younger guy came over to help me, and while he was back looking for the fitting it was kind of awkward being ignored by engage someone tositting in front of me so I tried to engage the guy in conversation. He wouldn't look up or anything, just kept scrolling on his phone. How do you get a job at a parts counter with that kind of attitude. Incredibly rude. Worse yet I suspect he is the manager. I was super mad at the lack of respect by the older gentleman, didn't spend my money here and I never plan to come back because of him.

Holy Cow, I can't say enough good about Tyson, and the other fellas at the NAPA in the east bay shopping center. I've been having an issue with one of my company cars headlights burning out frequently, and I've taken to two different shops to get it fixed to no avail. One of my employees stopped there to see if she could solve the problem (she didn't know I'd already tried) and lo-and-behold, one $10.00 wire later (which they also helped her install), and the car was fixed. They took the time and had the expertise to help, and i sure appreciate it.
