I needed a tire repaired, from running over a screw, and I went to two other tire shops before that were either going to charge me $50+ or try to sell me another tire, which I didn’t need, but Les Schwab fixed my tire for free and super quick and their customer service was great. All of their workers have great customer service, their waiting area place is very nice, and I felt very well taken care of. Definitely coming back for any tire needs that I will have in the future. 10/10 recommend.

They were honest and said I didn’t actually need new tires. And he taught me how to check if I need to tires properly, since I had done it wrong and thought I needed new ones. They didn’t charge me at all for the appointment I made. I’m very grateful! I also saw them try to talk another customer out of getting 4 new tires when they only really needed 2. Very trustworthy!

I purchased my car tires here 20,000 miles ago. Every 5,000 miles I bring my car in for a free tire rotation. I also got an estimate to have my front shocks replaced. It was an unscheduled visit so I waited 2.5 hours but I like to stay on top of regular vehicle services.

Thank you Les Schwab Provo for rescuing the Mountain Ridge High School Band on Sat night 9/21/24! After a long day of rehearsal and competing at the BYU competition, our 40' band trailer had a flat tire... Our trailer was recently serviced by another company and they could not help us. We contacted Les Schwab after regular hours and Andy sent Kole, literally within minutes he was onsite since he was nearby, RUNNING through the parking lot to help us and then bring the service truck to repair the flat tire (due to a rusted out valve stem). He was smiling, talking us through what he saw, and happy to help us the entire time. If we had to leave the trailer and come back after the tire was repaired it would have been an extremely high cost. We are so grateful for the kindness and positive attitude of Les Schwab to getting us back quickly and safely on the road so we could return home to Herriman Sat night! I had a great experience visiting this Les Schwab. When we pulled up Jesus came right to our my door to find out what he could do to help. When I told him I thought the back tire was out of balance he said okay I've got it from here. We got out, he jumped in and took it right in the shop. Jesus came in about a minute after I sat down and asked me to look at both back tires which were worn down to the steel belt on the inner edges. We went in and were greeted by Jason who went over our paperwork from the last set if tires we bought. He discounted the new tires because of the mileage warranty on the worn ones. They got the new tires on in no time. As I was signing the paperwork Jason gave me the pair of Valeo windshield wipers that I had asked about earlier for my pickup. Just gave them to me! I really appreciated that he recognized that I am a loyal Les Schwab customer. Thanks again Jason.

Needed the drive tire on my rig fixed. They got right on it, did everything right. Great attention to detail making sure all bases were covered. Very grateful. As i prepared to leave it was near closing time, i noticed all six people in the shop working together to finish the last couple cars. No one sits around at this location 5 stars plus. Thank you

I visited for an alignment service but had to return because it wasn’t done correctly the first time. Be prepared to spend at least three hours, as their time management could be improved. I’m giving three stars since the customer service was decent, though not exceptional, and the overall process took longer than expected.

I replaced my rotors and brakes on the front tires almost 1 and half years ago by my self and I replaced the rear brakes and rotors yesterday and my car was still vibrating. So I gave up and went to Les Schwab and he replaced the front rotors and solved the vibration issue. Who knew that the the recently replaced rotors could fail They are very smart and great professionals. Thank you for fixing my 2014 Toyota Avalon

5⭐️ Service 5⭐️ Prices They found a problem that the first place I went to didn’t find. They gave me many pricing options. Kevin was very honest with me and gave me different pricing options with every service broken down. They had a free break check as well which let me know when I should replace my breaks. They had a waiting area with free popcorn and vending machines and TV. Their tires come with a life time warranty which they put in an envelope all together with receipt and warrant explanations I can save in my glove box. The service took about 1.5-2 hours total, but that’s not bad.

I have had good experiences at other Les Schwab locations, but felt the need to mention how great this location was to me today. John at the front desk and Joshua from the shop did an awesome job of doing a tire rotation for me (*free). In addition, they thoroughly went through each of the tire sensors to make sure the batteries were fully charged and functioning properly, including the spare tire (*also free). The service was efficient and timely and I got my truck back to leave on schedule and ready to go. I will definitely return to this specific Les Schwab location for future tire care needs and suggest the same it to friends and family alike. Thank you!
