Amazing and knowledgeable mechanics. The service was a little slow. I was also forced to pay more than I wanted to because they did more than I wanted them to do without me asking them. I only asked for an oil change yet they removed and cleaned the air filters.

They were super nice and really fast. I'm an amateur when it comes to cars, and they helped me know what I needed to get changed out or fixed without overcharging me. They explained the reasoning behind everything they were doing and showed me my current air filter vs a new one, plus gave me some advice on maintenance so I would know what to watch out for in the future and gave me an idea of what might need to be replaced next. They also made sure to scan a coupon for my visit (even though I didn't bring one in myself) which brought the total price down a fair amount. They had me all finished and out of there in less than 40 minutes. I will definitely be back.

When I got home early Monday afternoon, I locked my car and went into my apartment. Tuesday late afternoon I went out to get stuff out of my car and I couldn’t get my doors open. Had to call a repair man to fix my car. He jumped my battery and checked all my settings and etc. Found out my problem was that someone at Jiffy Lube had left my headlights ON! My lights before were always on Auto and because it was early afternoon I didn’t know my lights didn’t shut off. Now I only pray that my car starts today (Wednesday) because I have a very important Doctors appointment to be at by 12:45. I will NEVER use Jiffy Lube again!!!

The service took about one hour and 15 minutes. I was satisfied with the work done for my oil change and tire rotation. I was able to use a coupon to get a significant discount. The employees seem irritated by everything I did when I had questions.

Super quick friendly service. They always are quicker than I expect and I appreciate them not trying to upsell. They usually just ask what you need and get it done and inform you of anything else they noticed. They even walked me to my car and helped put my registration sticker on since my hands were full with my baby and diaper bag.

I hate letting people touch my car and generally do all my own mechanic work because shops just break stuff, but for emissions and registration, you have to. This location is near me, so I have ended up going here for the annual emissions. Went in today, and as they were wrapping up, with me standing out in front where I can see and hear my car running in the bay, I hear the dreaded starter grinding noise... They've already got my car running for the test, but the tech in the driver's seat is trying to start it anyway. Not just once, but several times, for multiple seconds worth of grinding. I beeline for the bay to tell him to cut it out and the other tech is yelling "Woah, dude, woah, it's already running!" and the kid in the driver's seat finally pulls out of the bay. I don't wait for them to tell me it's done, I go straight inside and ask "did you guys just kill my starter, what are we going to do about this" to the manager who's making up the paperwork and he acts like I'm a jerk for being upset. Did he agree to comp me the test at least? Nope. He was cold as ice and just plain didn't care. For now, car still seems to start and run fine, but who knows how much life they took off of my starter and my flywheel, or how much damage was done, or whether this will affect things like the crankshaft position sensor due to grinding down of teeth or metal bits, etc. This was NOT okay. I would have expected them to at least be apologizing profusely and to be red-faced with embarrassment, but nope. Nada. Caveat emptor. I'd go somewhere else if I were you, cars and car repairs are expensive these days.

This is the best jiffy lube, I come here every time. Last time I went to a different one to get an oil change I was there for over an hour. This one always gets you in and out quickly with great customer service. The same guy helps me almost every time I’m here, I wish I got his name but he is very friendly and funny. I highly recommend coming here, it’s quick and easy. I never go anywhere else for an oil change. If you google coupons they always have them. Today I got $20.00 off so I only paid $80 for my oil change and I have a Volkswagen so they are pretty expensive. Highly highly recommend coming here!!

I pulled up and an older gentleman with whitish brownish hair, glasses and in black uniform came out with a clipboard. I rolled my window down and asked him if I could get an oil change and was met with attitude. He sat there and looked at me as if he’s never seen a person of color in his life. Never had someone make me feel so unwelcomed to their business than I did today. If you wanna give your hard earn money to an establishment that treats their customers like a trash, this is your place. Looking at the reviews you can tell most of them are fake. Please go somewhere for your oil change needs. I’ll make sure my family and friends avoid this place at all cost!

This place had the worst staff. I went before Christmas but I am due for another change, but I will not be using jiffy lube anymore. I used to swear by jiffy lube. The location in my hometown had amazing staff that knew what they were doing, wouldn’t judge or push upsells too much, and took care of you. This location had such rude workers that made me feel so inferior and stupid. I got a mailer for $20 off a full synthetic oil change and I felt judged for using a coupon that was mailed to me. $90 and 6 months later, I’m still thinking about it. I would not recommend to anyone. 2 stars because I’ve never had issues with their services, just their lack of customer service and overall vibe brings it way down. I’m truly hoping a supervisor can train the staff to be kind to everyone.

About a year ago they totally lied about my gfs car having a bunch of problems but I was there and went out to inspect it and it just needed an oil change. The man in charge blamed it on having new employees but he was out there inspecting the car!!

The only reason I’m not giving them a one star is because they were quite kind— I got an oil change and after 30 minutes of driving my skid plate partially fell off my car and started skidding on the highway. I had to pull over at dusk, crawl under my car, and unscrew the latch that was still attached. I do not recommend them, specifically for the lack of attention to detail.

Good, fast service. Michael and Kevin did a great job. I went in for an emission check on a Saturday afternoon and they weren’t busy so it took 10-15 mins total. I think I read 5 pages of my book and they were done. Wifi and clean chairs to sit inside and wait while they are working on your car. For an emission check in Utah, they charged $47 and it’s extra if you want on the spot renewal with the DMV stickers there (I think $10 or so). Otherwise you can easily go on the DMV website REX.utah.gov and the DMV will mail you the stickers for free to save the extra $10 charge. Also jiffy lube has coupons and discounts of $10-15 available often. Ask or look online for a coupon. 🚗
