When I called ahead to look for a part they put me on hold for 15 minutes before I decided just to call back. They ended up picking up and they had the part. I was pretty bothered about being left on hold, so when I went in I wasn’t expecting the staff to be so chill! Seriously, one of the nicest and most efficient staff I’ve seen at an autozone. You are forgiven! Would totally recommend these guys, plus their sign is cool.

Damon truly went above and beyond helping me get my license plates attached to my car after pep boys tried and failed to do so. Super nice and friendly to boot! I love this place! I'm a total noob when it comes to cars and they always answer my dumb questions.

I was having a battery and wiring issue with my truck.I brought it in and the whole teams jumped in to help me out and get it fixed. They really went above and beyond and I really appreciate their help and we eventually got it figured out. I will definitely come back here next time I need anything for my cars!

I walked in at 9:30 with battery issue. Edgar, the store manager, went out of his way to help me charge the battery and personally assisted me in taking it in and out of the car with his tools despite the thunderstorm outside. These guys helped me when I needed it and I’m very grateful. Will definitely be coming back!

They were super helpful, I was strapped for cash and my car battery died. They worked with me to get a new battery and protective washers within my limited price range and were good enough to wait for my to walk my battery home to change it before bringing my old one back to get that replacement discount/refund right before they closed. Great people, great service, will come again.

I would give this store zero stars if possible the colored lady christina told me because i smelled like a cigarette i wasnt allowed to shop in there store and that i must keave she did this right in front of her manager jane who proceeded to tell me what her stupid employee did was ok

AutoZone is a convenient auto parts store in south Provo with an ample inventory. The associates also can provide a free diagnostic for your car if you're getting an instrument panel warning. There's plenty of parking in a free parking lot. The store is located in a small strip mall.

I've been here twice. The first time worked out fine. The second time, the cashiers would not help me find what I was after, despite my asking a couple times; I just got blank looks and "I don't know, just keep looking, I guess." I finally left and bought what I needed off Amazon, which is what I guess I should have done from the beginning.

I was a little shocked to see such a young store manager- Joseph- at this location… and then I saw Joseph work. Wow! This young boss is absolutely amazing. Competent. Quick. Well-spoken. Customer-forward. Awesome. I’ve had the pleasure of watching Joseph help several customers over a couple of years. It’s just astounding. I would hire this guy in a heartbeat for whatever my business was. Autozone, well done finding and promoting this talent. He is destined for BIG things.
