Intake and service were very good. It was a PM appointment. I would've given 5 stars, but it was a 2-hour wait for an oil change and tire rotation. They were apologetic for the time length, so I assume those two items usually don't take so long.

I used their online appointment system to schedule repair for a recall part replacement. I scheduled it 2-3 weeks in advance. I added notes describing the specific recalled part. I got 4 emails the day before reminding me of my appointment. I called ahead and mentioned to the call taker what my car was coming in for and asked for a repair time estimate and she said 2-3 hours. I delivered my car and my wife drove another car so we could leave the car with them. When I checked in the employee said they didn’t have the part and would have to order it and notify me when it arrived. I told him I’d scheduled it online and described the repair and part needed but he said no one looks at the schedule until the vehicle arrives. He said if I’d made the appointment by phone then they would have had the part. My take away is that their online appointment system doesn’t work effectively or the employees are disorganized in their use of the system. Why make an appointment with specific details if they won’t be ready with the specific parts needed? It was frustrating that I had set aside my time for this and their system sends reminders to make sure I don’t waste their time but it’s not set up to make sure they don’t waste mine.

I've taken my Bolt EV here a couple of times for service, and they've always been professional and done great work. They just replaced the main battery pack for free due to the recall. Process was smooth and easy, it was great working with them. I highly recommend them!

Courtney “rescheduled” me constantly, but every time I called she treated me professionally and polite even though I don’t blame her for being annoyed with me! They were fast and thorough! They sold me a used broken car with engine issues. I only have the car for about 6-7 months. The cars cost to fix is ridiculous. They don’t care about the customers unless they are selling you car, there you matter. Once you walk off the lot, and your car has problems and you didn’t buy their care package you are nice dollar sign. Don’t buy here!

I had a great experience with Hunter. He assisted me with setting me up for oil change/tire rotations. I also needed new key fobs and he helped me get what I needed quickly and efficiently. I’ve had negative experiences elsewhere before but I will definitely return here! If you need anything ask for Hunter he can communicate effectively and will help you get what you need and answer any questions you may have. 5 stars.

Bad, I showed up this last Saturday just get a quick oil change. I had an appointment to get my oil change. I asked them for the deal that they offer of 3 oil changes for a lower price per service. They told my car in and I waited, they took 2 hours to do a simple oil change. Literally 2 full hours. When they got my truck back I told them because they had taken 2 hours to do a 20 minute job that I did not want the other two oil changes, to go ahead and charge me for the oil change at the original price. They started telling me how the contract was already made that they could not dishonor the contract and that it was a done deal that they could not go back on the contract. After arguing for about 30 minutes they gave up and charged me for the single oil change. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

So I liked a lot of things, one being my service technician Hunter was helpful and always let me know what was going on with my car. The service did take longer than they originally told me, but the nature of the problem was big enough I didn’t care. The only thing that I didn’t like was the price of the wiper blade installation. It cost me 60$ to get new wiper blades, whereas you can buy some at Costco or an auto shop for way cheaper. Other than that I liked the service and they were very helpful.

I was very impressed with how quickly the service intake was. I had a scheduled service appointment and somewhere to be shortly after. So when I saw there was a line, I was concerned that I would end up being late to my next appointment. But even with a long line, they were able to check me in quickly. I had recently moved into the area and when I received a recall notice, I called Larry H Miller Chevrolet to make the repair arrangements. The car was finished when they estimated and I was on my way. I even received a text from the service tech who helped me and appreciated his extra attention. Thanks for the excellent service. I’ve been taking my Chevy here for a few years now. The service team is fantastic. It speaks highly of businesses (to me) when there isn’t a lot of turnover in staff. Some of them have been there as long as I’ve been taking my car there, and I love that. Today I had to take my car in for a new noise it was making and an oil change. Neil, the shuttle driver (who is wonderful) dropped me off at work. About an hour and a half later, I got a call that it was all done. The noise was just a loose part that they tightened. No cost. They could have been dishonest, and they weren’t. These are the reasons I’ll continue to take my car here. Thank you! I had to have my car repaired again, 5/9/22. It has an issue over the weekend and they were actually able to repair it on Monday. The car was repaired, the service was wonderful, and the shuttle driver is the best! I really appreciate and trust this service department to be honest and transparent. Thank you!

I needed help fixing my car, the only problem was that my car wasn’t the type they usually fixed, and the only place that could fix my car’s problem was an hour away and booked out for a month. But they helped me out. Edgar really went the extra mile and was understanding and got things done. If you ever have a complicated problem, ask for him. He’s great. Overall, really great service. Everyone else was also friendly. It was good enough that I felt I should write a review, something I usually don’t do.

I brought in my 07 equinox with a miss that needed diagnosis. I received an email the following day that said it was not repairable but needed engine replacement. It asked on the email if I wanted to proceed with repairs or not and I checked the box no. Upon picking it up the repairman said he had been looking for a used engine for me, but, had not yet located one. I accepted the car back paying 425.00 for the diagnosis. I drove immediately to a repair shop that gave me a second diagnosis 5 miles from the dealership. Upon receiving it they said it had a spark plug blown out and wire dangling by the firewall that he would repair and then find the cause. The service manager at lhm chevrolet gave me a full refund. Engine replacement was quoted at over 8000.00

Good experience. Russell Mattice was polite and the automobile was finished promptly. I did call to get clarification on an item and left my name and number, but never received a call back. Russell told me that TCA plan was valid for 18 months, but when I got home and looked at the paperwork it said a year. I'm expecting the 18 months. The paperwork said a complimentary inspection sheet would be provided and discussed. It wasn't provided and not discussed. Russell said everything ok. Why would you promise something that isn't provided? I would like to know the answers to these questions.thanks

My service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was trying to get an issue fixed under my Landcar vehicle warranty. I had been told previously that my warranty didn’t cover my particular issue, even though I knew it did. My advisor on this visit had the warranty question resolved in 5 minutes and got my issue repaired quickly. He also took the time to talk to me about EVs and other questions I had. Top marks to him.

Excellent customer service! This was the first time the vehicle had been serviced, as it needed an update and a Recall issue fixed. They have a shuttle service, but there was no driver that day and the day after. The good thing is that they can use Uber/lift ride-share service. So far, there are no issues with the service department, as they did a great job!
