Had them fix my car. For two weeks they did not pick up a single call or call back. When I finally went in person turns out it was fixed for 9 days and they just never told me or picked up the phone.

My car wouldn’t turn over in a nearby parking lot so I started to push my car and I saw this auto shop. I ran inside and found Eric, and he was just about to go home for the day...on Halloween! He said he would stay to help me and did not even charge extra, it was actually cheaper than other competitive companies. Eric really went the extra mile and got the part and switched it out for us in just over an hour. I was really grateful for his help. I offered to tip him, but he said he just likes to help people! Fully recommend!

First of all, that review by "Ulises Rugerio" is fake, they offer no warranty, everything is sold as is. A huge red flag I should have noticed but was too naive. I find it funny and questionable that everytime a bad review is written a good "review" is written. Seems like instead of embrace and fix their issues they want to hide is by writing fake reviews. I earlier from them in February of 2021. Worst decision I made and now I'm down 6500 from the car alone not including the towing fee to tow it from I-15 after it stopped working near Orem. The mechanic said the car looks like it had been in a bad condition for almost a year based on the damages. I seriously thought Brother Automotives were good people, but I guess I was wrong.

they sold me a car 95% price mark up than it was worth. unfortunately i needed the car so we got it. in just a week the check engine light came on. for the next year every two months i had to take it for repairs before it was finally destroyed. i could never drive it more than 20 minutes in one go or it would over heat. thank you Brothers Auto

I wish I could give it -1 stars. DO NOT BUY HERE. My car has failed not once, not twice, not even 5 times in the less than year I have owned it. Within 2 days the check engine light came on of owning this. I have not even driven 10,000 miles with it because it keeps breaking down. I am now literally stranded in the middle of no where because this car broke down. I wanted to believe they were honest, I have maybe given only one other bad review. Please beware this shop. It will save you a lot of money, time, and your voice from yelling because you are stuck in no where.
