Excellent experience! The Jiffy Lube mechanics likely prevented a major issue. They discovered cracks in the main belt and quickly replaced it with a new one right before a long road trip. They cleaned the windows, vacuumed, replaced the belt and changed the oil, all in about 45 minutes. They were friendly and professional. I will definitely be back!

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for several years, but this is the first location that has earned their rating every step of the way. The moment I drove in the drive way until I drove away friendly and welcoming doesn’t cut it. So, if you are in the south Provo area and need your car worked on take them to the best place I have found.

Went in for an oil change, waited an hour and a half and when I went to pay, I asked for a receipt. The "new assistant manager" told me they no longer give printed receipts. I explained that I needed a printed receipt since this was a work truck. He acted like I was out of line for want a receipt and then proceed to become extremely rude and disrespectful. Even other customers noticed his unprofessional behavior which culminated with him loudly exclaiming "if you're so attached to a piece of paper, we don't want you here." I will absolutely honor that request and never again give my business to a company that refuses to provide a receipt and thinks that that type of belligerence towards customers is acceptable.

Great experience! I came in shortly before close for a free vehicle inspection expecting to be turned away. I couldn’t be more happy with service! Brad and his team really took care of me and helped me a lot with purchasing my new vehicle. Cannot recommend enough!

AMAZING service. Took my car in for an oil change and they were super friendly. After I left my left windshield wiper stopped working. I came back the next day and they tightened the bolt and fixed it no problem!

Give these guys your business! Out of the three JiffyLubes I’ve been to, this location is the best. Nice clean lobby to wait in while your car gets serviced. I came in with a Heating/AC issue where the vents weren’t blowing air. They told me that they topped off the coolant and cleaned the filter the best they could, and when I asked for the price, they said it was free. There was no standing in front of the TV screen while they told me every issue with my car that they wanted to fix. You won’t regret stopping by here. 🤝

If I could give them zero stars I would. They didn’t screw on the coolant cap properly and a few days later when I went on a roadtrip the car went into Limp Mode to protect the cylinders from heat damage because of all the coolant leaking out.. I called to inform them of what happened and one of the managers didn’t even apologize for the negligence. Also he said he’d call me back to give coupons/gift card and he never did… Needless to say I’m never coming back.

They’re overpriced, not only that but they were going to replace our brake light when we were there and then they didn’t because they said it was a dealership issue because they installed the light wrong. Well when my wife brought the car back and I looked myself and there was no issue I replaced the light myself no problem and it works. The workers were being lazy not only that but they were rude and snappy with my wife.

Big disappointment today when you pay to have both of your filters replaced, as you get into your car after paying, you see that the cabin filter was forgotten !!! On a day where it was not busy they had 5 employees at the time. I will not be back and hope that they get better training for these workers.

I came here to get my emissions done. I have been sitting here for an hour and my car hasn't moved and neither has the car in front of me. I see the staff taking a lot of water brakes and chit chatting instead of getting to my car. If you want fast service... I recommend going somewhere else.

I had them change my oil in a pinch and they were nice enough to spill the oil out of the filter down the whole front end. I took it back they said they cleaned it up, but I cleaned it up twice that weekend. Don’t treated people like they don’t know what they are talking about when they point out what you did wrong.

I got off of work early to beat the rush and get an oil change, wheel alignment, emissions test, and on the spot renewal. I called a head to make sure that this location did wheel alignments, but when I arrived they said that they actually didn't do them. Bummer, but I driven all the way there so I decided just to get everything done anyways. After waiting an hour to review the inspection and discuss oil options, they offered synthetic oil. I stated that I wanted the cheapest option, and that conventional oil was fine. The employee then explained that my car did not take conventional oil and that it would only take synthetic. I thought it was wrong but he was really sure that convention oil would not work for my car. Since I had already waited an hour. I just went for it before doing their own research back at home. It turns out it does take conventional oil and I paid an additional $30 that I didn't have to.
