Honestly- I could not be more happy with this shop and the owner! I would recommend to anyone looking for a honest and professional repair shop experience. I had the wheel bearing replaced on the driver side. The shop owner even went "above and beyond" by driving me home on the test drive - rather than making me pay for an UBER to get back home after dropping the vehicle off at the shop. Great shop- incredible service.

UPDATE: I've been using Paylower for 3 years now and am still very pleased with them. They do great work, are transparent, and they're fast. My Camry survived my move to Wisconsin and back and expect it to continue performing well with their service. Won't go anywhere else until I have to. They are honest! I brought in my 2000 Toyota Camry that I had just bought used in San Diego, CA. When I got the car inspection done there, I was told the timing belt was cracked. I brought it to Luis at Paylower and they replaced the timing belt, water pump, etc. for a lower price and made sure to keep the old parts so I could see what they replaced. The timing belt wasn't cracked after all! I will definitely be returning to them for maintenance on my car.

Not only a good mechanic, but an honest mechanic. There have been a few times where I've come here for something they were able to diagnose or fix within a few minutes, and they didn't charge me. When there is a real problem, they don't charge ridiculous fees or try to sell me on stuff I don't need. Their prices for parts and labor were very, very reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I've been going to pay lower auto for about 4 years now. I have always had a great experience with these guys. They provide awesome service, great prices, and they're honest. They routinely go above and beyond what other shops do. I have been taken care of very well and I'm very happy as their client and friend. I give them my loyalty because they have certainly earned it, and I give my public praise they've earned that too. I recommend them to anyone who appreciates a clients first business.

Can’t say enough good things about these guys. I’m certainly not a mechanic, but I feel like I know at least a decent amount about cars, and I refuse to take my vehicle to anywhere besides Luis for a couple of reasons. First of all, the prices are extremely fair, especially considering the fact that only quality OEM parts are used. Luis showed me the parts that came out compared to the parts that he was putting in and it was night and day difference with regard to quality. Another reason that I really like coming here is that they are extremely transparent about the work being done. Luis walked me through each thing being done on my vehicle and showed me exactly what was going on. I don’t know of any other shop that always goes to such lengths to ensure that their customers know that they are being treated in an honest manner. Like I said, these guys are the best and I don’t plan on taking my car anywhere else.

These guys are just absolutely fantastic. I first came to them 3 years ago and they have never disappointed. Luis is 100 percent honest with you and he only wants to help. He has never tried to pressure me into anything or upsell me on something I didn't need. Oh, and did I mention they have the best prices around? I called some other mechanic shops just out of curiosity even though I knew regardless of the price I would be going to Paylower. It turns out from my experience their prices are 30 percent cheaper than other mechanic shops around. They also won't fix what isn't broken. Most recently I went in thinking my starter was out. After inspecting the car they found that it was just loose wire and fixed it free of charge, even though they could have charged me for a new starter. Recommend these guys 110 percent.

Luis is the man. Very fair and honest, even gives advice to not do work when it isn't wouldn't be worth the cost to you. Prices are great comparatively. Doesn't just fix the car, but makes sure you know what went wrong and how to avoid it next time. I wish I had a Luis where I live now, honestly the best place I've taken my car.

Luis down at Paylower Auto is awesome! He's worked on I think 3 of my vehicles and I have been extremely satisfied with his work each time. They are super friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicles to him because he will youbget you taken care of. He also won't replace a bunch of parts that don't need to be. He's very straightforward about what needs fixed and very reasonable prices.

Wife needed an oil change so I searched the nearest one and came here. Luis was extremely friendly and welcoming. Got our car in asap. He brought over the air filter and showed us it and asked if we wanted to replace it or not worry about it. Really really good experience. Will be coming back! I had a really disappointing experience with this shop. I paid $250 just for them to hand me a piece of paper telling me what was wrong with my car — no actual repairs, no helpful explanation. When I called to get more details about the issue, the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I expected better customer service, especially after spending that much money. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. For sure never going back
