Avoid at all costs. This company is a complete scam. They have no idea what they're talking about, and they didn't do the work I paid them to do. I had to take it back 3 times to get them to change my starter motor (and pay them again each time). I also paid them to fix a leak in my engine, and it's leaking worse now than before they worked on it. They're only fast because they don't do the work.

Can't recommend them enough. They were quick and efficient with my time and money. They performed an inspection and replaced a part in about 20 minutes and charged less for all of it than a neighboring mechanic wanted to charge for just the inspection.

Really poor service. Dropped my car off at 8 am, they didn't tell me how long it would be. At 9 am they called and said they'd run a test that would be about 2 hours. 8 hours later I called and they said they hadn't got it to it yet. The only reason these guys are in business is because they are in a good location.

They’ve been around for years and have a reputation for a reason — honest work, fair prices, and a friendly team that actually takes the time to explain what’s going on with your car. This is a really cool mechanic shop that is more focused on building relationships than extracting every dime they can from people. They do great work and if they send you to a specialty shop you can bet it’s a good one! They know the good places and won’t lead you astray! Amazing the most honest, and reliable mechanic shop you could dream of! Come here first if you need to go somewhere else they will tell you. The first time I came here I needed suspension work on my Tacoma. F I we going to replace the shocks and struts, I wanted a lift so they send me to another shop, a really good one that treated me right! The next time I came in it was my wife’s van and something he felt a dealership could better properly diagnose and fix (computer that controls the doors and an actuator). So now 2 visits and I didn’t spend a dime with them. The third time I came in they did great work at a good price. The owner remembered me from the first 2 visits and treated me like a friend! I got drive train work done on my Tacoma. They didn’t try to upsell me at all on anything else. Third time dealership had said I need all four breaks and rotors. I knew I could trust Bradford so I brought it here with plans for new break pads and rotors. Was told the rears were close but the front had probably several months left on them. So even though I planned on all four sets I am now just getting rear. The lobby is really cool too lots of model planes like a mini museum.
