Oil Rig always does a great job, is really fast, shows me the filter and other things that might be service, but never makes me feel pressured to do extra stuff. And I trust their work. Quick and friendly service. I got an emissions done. Showed up at 9 AM and was done by 920. Priced were reasonable $35 and allowed for on the spot renewal for an extra $10. Popcorn and drinks in the lobby. The timeliness and ease made me want to come back for future services

Very knowledgeable and making us feel that we are just not a number. They showed us our dirty engine filter's to see if we wanted them changed vs just telling us the Filter's needed to be changed and then doing so giving us no choice --- and they were not pushy about it. They had a Super waiting area -- very welcoming space with even treats to enjoy while we waited. Which my wife and I only got to enjoy a few minutes, because they were so quick in Servicing our car. The best, "Oil Change" -- kind of catchy do you think?? --- we have had experienced in years. Their prices were reasonable as well. We definitely will be a "Return Customer". We also will definitely be letting our Family & Friends know about them. Anyone who is looking to find a better Oil Change place -- definitely should check them out. We went to the North Orem, Utah shop.

The people at Oil Rig are great. Very nice and friendly. I take all 4 of our vehicles there for oil changes and registration. I like that they let me know about how long the oil changes will take and I never feel like they’re trying to get me to pay for things I don’t need. The waiting room isn’t huge but there are plenty of chairs and complimentary popcorn and drinks.

I love the oil rig! The provo shop ive been going to for years. The staff there is GREAT. Nice fast and efficient. I love going there for my oil change, registration and emissions. They didnt charge me for my sticker because they didnt have them in at the time, which I thought was very kind. Ill be back soon for my oil change, thanks guys

Came to Oil Rig to get an emissions test on our new truck. Price was reasonable and they were quick at completing the emissions test and were really accommodating while I waited. Popcorn and drinks, magazines to read and a show on TV. When everything was done and I was paying, the tech offered me a car air freshener and when I jumped in the truck afterwards, there was a nice surprise waiting for me.

These guys are great! Before I came here I waited 4 hours to get an oil change. It was insane! I love that I was able to book online, in advance, get in and get out fast! They are also located across from smith grocery, so I was able to walk over there and get some groceries while waiting. And they also have great drinks in the waiting room. 😊

Love this place. Super quick every single time. Everyone is always friendly. They do a great job at explaining what the findings are. And on top of all of that, the attention to making the visit feel welcome and like a treat… super clean bathrooms, popcorn, drinks, a charging station for devices, and the little flowers on the dash… not things you’d expect, but appreciated every time.
