I was in a bit of a tough situation with my car and this location did a fantastic job of getting me in, letting me know exactly what was wrong, and helping me out with the financing options. They were clearly super busy, but got me in, anyways. They were friendly, helpful, and knew what they were talking about. I had taken my car to a different location that gave me the exact opposite experience, so I was extra grateful for the team here and the help they gave!

I have been coming to Meineke of Provo for 4 years now. They always provide top notch service with honesty and fair pricing. The owner, Lindsey, knows everything automotive and is as friendly and dedicated to her customers as can be. I recently brought my truck in to have the AC repaired. Their master mechanic had it fixed in no time and I was back to enjoying a cool cabin in the August heat. Forget the rest and bring your vehicle to the best!

We love this specific location! Lindsey and her team have serviced our car for the past 4 years. We’ve moved to SLC and when we got our check engine light checked and “fixed” they charged us $750. The same lights came back 2 days later and we went back to the meineke in Provo. They discovered it was a simple fix and didn’t charge us for taking a look. Their advice for how to care for our car if the light came on again was super informative and helped us feel secure if more problems occurred.

I recently visited this service center for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Toyota Camry. The service for the oil change itself was competently handled and completed in an average amount of time (~50 minutes from time of appointment). The staff were professional and the overall service experience was decent. However, I do have some minor reservations. During my visit, a technician brought me my dip stick and said the oil looked dark, and recommended an engine oil flush for $50, which I feel was likely an unnecessary recommendation for my relatively new car with only 20,000 miles, especially since it has been well-maintained. I’m knowledgeable about cars and aware that such a service is generally not required for newer vehicles unless there are specific issues, which my car has not shown evidence of. I do know that the BG oil flush service they offer is reputable and can be helpful for older cars, I simply wish they had been a bit more transparent about the details. While I appreciate the overall service quality, I believe it’s important to be transparent and educate customers who may be less knowledgeable. It’s crucial for auto service centers to provide not just quality service but also trustworthy advice. I would have rated the experience higher if not for this concern about the engine oil flush recommendation.

I was pleasantly surprised at the great service I received from the Provo St Street location. I dropped my SUV off later in the afternoon, expecting to pick it up the following morning based on their work load and how late I dropped it. I quickly got a text letting me know I needed new pads and rotor on the back but that I had a solid year left on the front. No attempts to upsell me on those at all. That same late afternoon/evening, they had the work completed ahead of schedule, and I was able to take care of payment and pickup without physically going in and talking to them. They responded quickly to my texts and were clear and professional in their communication. Zero complaints.

Every other shop in the world has to look to this shop as an example of how they should be running. Cuz these guys absolutely ROCK. Lindsey and Leona with their team are the absolute best. They are clear and transparent with what is to be expected while they work on your car. I love that they updated me every step of the way. I brought in my Mustang and they told me what was not working and WHY it wasn’t working. And giving me timeframes of diagnosing and with the repairs. I recommend this location to anyone having troubles with their car. If I could give 100 stars I would! 10/10 🙌 Also they have inspired me to be better in my automotive career once I start. I can’t thank them enough for everything :)🙌

Had a great experience at Meineke. I came in to get my old coolant flushed and replaced, and the team did an awesome job. They were straightforward, explained what they were doing and why, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. The new premium coolant has my truck running smoother and the heat works noticeably better now. Quick service, fair pricing, and solid work. Top Notch Business. I brought a used car in for a Pre- Purchase inspection. Dylan was able to save me from an investment into a dud car!! He found major defects that I did not see (like a rusted under carriage) and provided photos of current leaking tie rods and very dirty oil and filters and much more! Leona provided a typed out report of immediate fixes with estimated costs that Id be stuck with if I had purchased this car. They were knowledgeable, helpful and took their time to explain the findings with me. Oh and the cozy waiting room had cookies n snacks and coffee!! The bathroom was meticulously clean!! Definitely earned my future business!!
