No stars. Nobody there has quality inspection when done. Took car there twice once for accident 2nd time to fix there screw up. Just picked car up has more issues wrong from them this time. Dirt in paint feels like 80 grit sand paper window not set in right again no clear coat paint in gas filler door just over spray. Attorney will be notified. Apparently have to give 1 star to post that sucks I should get stars.

9 months after repair and 16000 dollar insurance claim, paint coming off. Take it back and they say it’s road chips. Really old it happens all at one piece

I’ve been here a total of 5 times over 10 years but the last one was the straw that broke the camels back. First time I ever went I took a car in that needed the wheel replaced and the estimator called me saying they couldn’t find the same wheel In black (I plasti-dipped them black) he told me he found a “similar” one and I told him to look for it in silver and instead of looking for it when I went to pick the car up it had the different wheel on it and it was not “similar” at all. The next 3 experiences were ok but this last time I took my car in because it was T boned and I was told they couldn’t look at my car for 2 weeks which was fine but after the work was started I didn’t get an update for about a month in which they told me they were waiting on a but I only found out because I called. Then when that part came in almost another month later that they were waiting on ANOTHER back order part but after calling around found out the part is discontinued so I had to have insurance release the car till that part comes in but that’s not even the worst part. I told the estimator I had after market parts and they put stock parts back on and a giant chunk of paint was ripped off the hood they “painted” and after showing them before I drove off they are telling me that their work is done and I have to reach out to insurance because they did what they had to do already. Also in the car for what ever reason it looked like my center console was taken apart and they removed an after market pedal I had for what reason I have no clue. I only went because they are recommended by insurance but I’ll never goto them again I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone unless your willing to wait with no end time In sight and want to be ignored about your car.

I had a very good experience with them it was a easy and smooth transaction I will definitely come back if I have too. 8/8/22 drop off and pick up 8/16/22 for the second time around. Unfortunately I ended up coming for the second time and they did a excellent work awesome guys thank you ☺️

They were able to get my car in a week earlier than my actual car appointment, they told me it would take about 2 weeks to get my car fix and they actually fixed my car within a week, and they did a great job on fixing my car. I was very happy with the work they did on my car. Thank you guys for all your help!

Took two Porsche wheels in perfect condition in to have new tires mounted. The wheels were off the car and weights removes and cleaned. They damaged the clear coat on one of them and didn't say anything and just tried to pass it off. They talked a big game about their process and top of the line equipment but at the end of the day lack of care caused unnecessary damage. Then they want to have a paint repair guy try to fix it.....
