I ordered some flooring online through dwellsmart. 10 days later I had not received any emails or updated about shipping. With a $32xx order, I expect at least a time Naturally I emailed, waited a few days, emailed again. Then I began calling 2-3x times a day. I got a voicemail every single time. I even tried texting. Al I wanted was an estimated ship date so I could update my contractors. Do not order from this place. You will be waiting around wondering for weeks and be forced to do a chargeback. God help you if your credit card company isn’t on your side.
