Absolutely love Dynamic.... Annie and Danielle making sure everyone is aware of appointments and going about it in the most professional way. Dynamic has had the best prices with the best service. Didn't catch any names of the mechanics, but they have always been truthful and never have tried to upsell me on anything. There is nothing more you can ask for. Will always go to Dynamic for any and all service needed on my BMW. Highly recommend to everyone I know. If you care about your car and want the best service, there is no better place than Dynamic.

I have a reliable car repair shop for my Subaru but that shop does not work on Mini coopers so I found Dynamic European Car repair. A couple of things I really look for in a shop is integrity and qualifications. While they are BMW focused, Chad, Elliot and their crew are fantastic to work with in repairing both of our our Audi RS5 and S5. Most recently they replaced the transmission in our RS5. Highly recommended for BMW/Audi repair.

Best auto repair shop I have ever been too!!!!! I have been taking my cars to Dynamic Auto, European car repair for years. Chad and Elliot always explain everything so that I understand what is needed to be fixed and why. Dynamic Auto will NOT take ADVANTAGE of you and they will make sure your vehicle is repaired properly. I always get my VW back fast! Being a woman that has been taken advantage of by auto repair shops, I was so happy to find an honest shop to take my cars too that stands behind their work.

First, I would like to thank the entire Dynamic team for achieving a job I could trust nobody to accomplish with such honesty, care, and passion. From the two ladies sitting at the front desk conducting top-tier professionalism and concern for every client. Danielle and Annie, as a team communicated clearly the soonest possible date to bring in the vehicle, the day it will be completed, and any extras I desired to be done. No surprise costs, no corners cut, and importantly always called before installing an additional/recommended new OEM part. They simply allow you to make a decision without any pressure or feeling of "trying to make more money," but will describe potential failing points or faults that may occur in the near future based on your vehicles state of health. The front desk team attains a large variety of knowledge, but is not afraid to ask and double-check with the Certified Master Technicians to guarantee correct information. At times, speaking directly to the mechanic to deliver specific details. On the other hand, Chad and Mark are single handedly the best. Exhibiting pure honesty, passion, and love for cars outside of it being their occupation. Any confusion and/or concern I had regarding the steps of completing the Crankhub was explained rigorously without ANY hostility. Also, with last minute notice, I asked Dynamic to install extra parts outside the appointment of my original job, but inside the same time frame. The shop installed my KW suspension, realigned, and balanced my wheels perfectly with top of the line machines/tools. Chad, Mark, and Dynamic will make sure the vehicle is done RIGHT and refuses to cut corners. This team/business will go the extra mile to make you happy with the final results. Driving out-of-state to complete this big job was very nerve wrecking for me considering prior experiences with other dishonest mechanic shops causing customers not to trust, but I can promise that you will be beyond happy at Dynamic Auto. Just had the timing chain replaced on my 2015 228i. It’s a big job…. The service writer was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining everything that would require replacement. They went above and beyond my expectations on the repair. It’s reassuring to know that I can trust Dynamic to get the job done correctly! Once the factory warranty expires on my M240, Chad mentioned some of the power upgrades that they typically install on the B58…. Dynamic Auto in Huntley is truly one of a kind! They specialize in European cars and are hands down the most honest mechanics I’ve ever encountered. About a year ago, the dealership told me my car was out of warranty and that engine repairs would cost upwards of 20k. I brought it to Dynamic Auto for a second opinion, and they not only confirmed that my warranty was still active but also pointed me to a trustworthy dealership that could help me get it covered, saving me a huge headache and an even bigger bill. Now that my car is officially out of warranty, I take it here for everything. They’ve taken amazing care of me since day one. I used to get anxiety every time I went to the dealership because they always tried to upsell unnecessary repairs or services. With Dynamic Auto, it’s the complete opposite, most of the time, the only call I get is to say my car is ready for pickup! So grateful to have finally found a shop I can trust. If you are looking for a highly qualified, professional, reliable and honest repair shop, especially for European cars, I can say with full confidence it’s a Dynamic Auto. Firstly, I would like to express my respect to the owner of the shop. I don't know him personally, but he has built such a wonderful and unique shop with professional, knowledgeable and pleasant Dynamic Auto team members. Much respect to all the guys. Secondly, I was very pleased with their service at the front desk. Annie and Danielle make sure that everyone is aware of their appointment and are able to listen carefully to the clients, their needs and questions in order to offer the right solutions. The ladies are also very intelligent, friendly, sociable and helpful team members. Finally, I really satisfied with service manager and the technician. Mark and Elliott are straightforward, honest, highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and very good, with explanations. I had some intermittent strange shifting and transmission behavior, with occasional chattering noise. Mark listened very carefully about symptoms of my car behavior and we did it test drive after that he put my car on diagnostic test and start to follow steps. When he finished first step, Elliott came to me and gave me solutions for next steps without any pressure on me. Eventually, they found out the problem and after sometime it was fixed it. I would like to highlight some important points that when everything got done I received invoice which included description of what was done with exact details and information. I appreciate this level of service. Dynamic Auto is the best way to ensure that your car is in right hands who really cares about your vehicle and don’t try to reap your off. I can’t say enough good things about Dynamic Auto! I started having issues with my car and took it to the dealership—big mistake. The quote was outrageous, and I didn’t trust their diagnosis.
