I needed tires balanced on my Class C motorhome. An appointment was made for a convenient time, and the work was done the same day, as promised. I recently took the coach on a short trip, and at 70 MPH the vibration was greatly diminished. So they must have done what they said they were going to do. What more can I ask? LOL

I needed brake service on my F150. First time going. Dynamic was highly recommended, they weren’t wrong! The service is top notch! I got a text saying truck was being checked in then received a text with maintenance report as to what was wrong with truck along pictures, what they recommended as needed repairs and what was good overall. I had an oil leak & John O’Neill checked it out & quickly found that the wrong filter had been installed by another dealer who did my last oil change. The tech changed my oil, put the correct filter on, cleaned off as much oil as he could & they even gave me something to clean the oil off my carport. Great service!!!

I can’t recommend Dynamic Automotive enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a shop where you don't feel pressured, but we never feel like they are trying to upsell us on things we don't need. Their services are reasonably priced and they are always upfront about what actually needs to be fixed.

Honest. Kind. Clear. Helpful. Fair. 10/10 I had my car towed to Dynamic Auto on Byte Drive during a really stressful situation, and I’m so grateful I ended up there. The team was honest, clear, and incredibly helpful. They told me my engine was seized — a huge job they could have taken on — but instead, they did the honorable thing and advised me to take it to Chevy so it could be repaired under warranty at no cost to me. They even mentioned it wasn’t because they didn’t want such a big job but they would have to charge me a lot if they did the work, and encouraged me to go where it would be free. That honesty is rare and so appreciated. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly, understanding, and straightforward. They explained everything clearly and never tried to upsell or take advantage of the situation. Their integrity truly helped me in a very stressful moment. I have trusted numerous vehicles to the folks at the Byte Ct shop for many years. From sedans and suvs to vintage camper vans, they've always figured out any troubles and made repairs at a reasonable cost. Most recently, Richard took on the repair of a fuel leak in my beloved '66 VW Beetle. His focus on safety and providing a permanent repair was exceptional and greatly appreciated.
