We Were Running Around In Da Happy Honda & It Started Making A Loud Squeaking Noise On Da Passenger Side So My Daughter Being Who She Is Said Let's Fix These Pads & Rotors Right Now & That's Exactly What We Did Tara & I Shot Down To AutoZone On Warren & We Got Everything We Needed. So On Da Way Back I Was Going Back To Another Mechanic But We Saw E & J Auto Had 2 Outta 5 Bays Open So I Pulled Up In Their @ 4:15pm & Was Outta there @ 4:50pm They Were Very Very Courteous & Professional & Da Price Was Right I Definitely Will Be Going Back To E.J Auto Not Da Liquor 😂 Friendly Service & He Was Not Trying To Rip Us 📴 Great Place With About 4 To 5 Bay's The Man Was Straight Up With His Persona & Prices I Highly Recommend E&J AUTO TECHS!!!😎🙏🏾😎

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I had a miserable experience. I brought in my car after an accident to address an intermittent scraping and clicking noise coming from my rear passenger wheel. I wanted to know what was wrong and how a repair estimate. Enrique insisted the problem was my front bearings and decided to repair those. That wasn’t the issue. The problem persisted. I brought the car back three times. Each time Enrique claims to have looked at and worked on the issue. On the third visit he’s chauffeured in the car and acknowledges that the noise is still persistent and unchanged. He does not offer to refund me. I then brought it to another shop which instantly recognized the problem as a broken CV axle and even showed me other damage which rendered the vehicle, while drivable, effectively totaled. Long story short, if you need air, E&J should work just fine. If you need an experienced, diligent, honest mechanic, choose literally anywhere else.

Brought my car here to have my light fixed a few months ago, and the issue started up again. Made a 9 AM appointment to get it fixed AGAIN, and I sat there until 10:30 before they told me my car would be next. So, I sat there for another 20 mins before they told me the car in front of me would take an hour and a half to 2 hours. Why am I making a 9 AM appointment to be seen after 12:30?

This is really terrible. My part was originally good, but they broke it. It should have cost more than $100 to repair, but in the end I spent more than $800. It's really infuriating.
