I am a single parent and my children manage to put their fingers where they are not suppose to. This auto shop has been a life savior for me! The owner is the kindest and most generous man I have ever came across. First time I came in because weather strip was coming off and the owner was so nice and attentive and told me how to resolve it, offering his tools and time to get it replaced. Now, I thought it was a coincidence. But, was I wrong!!! Next time around it was way more complicated , the window mechanism failed and we needed to replace the entire part inside, welding needed and so on...I need all the people in Cape Coral and surrounding areas to know that the Owner of the shop, once again, put his scheduled work on the side, to instruct me which part I needed to purscahe and offer his help on Saturday!!! to install it. I will be grateful forever. Such a noble and good hearted MAN! I hope his kindness, loyalty and ge erousity will bring lots of business to his shop. Not only that his prices are reasonable in these times, his " down to earth" attitude and referrals never failed me yet. I will always reach out to him with any questions or situations I have with my car anymore. He sure has my trust. So hard to find people like him in today's world anymore. Thank you Eliobel! Someone backed into my car when my son drove it to work while it was sitting in the parking lot. There was damage to the rear quarter panel the paint job the tail light all of it. I was quoted it would take 5 days to repair, it actually only took four. My car looks like nothing ever happened. The damage looks as if it never happened you would never ever know unless I told you. The customer service was also phenomenal. I got stuck and held up in traffic and he waited for me after closing time to come and pick up my car. Definitely deserves five stars

I stopped in to E&L Auto Body today for a quote. My front wheel(s) were rubbing against the rubber undercoating protecting the tires. I previously went to a regular repair shop and they did not know how to fix it. FANTASTIC SERVICE WITH A SMILE!! They got under the vehicle and replaced screws that had fallen out on both the right and left sides. No more fear of driving my car!! The scraping noise is ELIMINATED! The owner did not charge me for the service!! WOW and then I tried to tip the Technician and they would not accept any money. Best Service EVER! I cannot recommend E&L enough. Go and get a quote!! Fabulous Customer Service. P.S. - They also helped fix the dent in the lower left bumper! THANK YOU E & L so much!!!!

I got into an accident and had a damaged door and fender. I was having to pay out of pocket. Elio was able to fix my car at 1/2 the price that other auto body shops were estimating. I would give him 10 stars if i could. Really nice guy and super honest. He does great work and backs it up with a lifetime warranty. Take your car here. You won't regret it.
