This is my second time back as my first experience with a different Mercedes went perfectly! Anyway Mercedes Benz vehicles can be a forfeit of an arm, leg or both so expecting the worse, I again saved 40% over other quotes and the outcome was a genuine concern for savings present and future. A family style approach that made me feel like they liked my car as much as I did and wanted it to perfect when they handed my keys black to me. Outstanding communication, walked me through the whole process as my car had to be completely disassembled at the front end. I was as confident as they were when I gave the okay and couldn’t be happier! Recommend without hesitation! Just moved to Florida. Came here for an odd request to get help with changing license plate as I did not have the tools and Jaime helped me out. F-. My daughter had an INTERMITTEN problem causing lights to not work and killing the battery. Was told $200 to diagnose. The diagnosis was a missing fuse, a wire going into the headlight and an AC issue. Approved the light and fuse, was told it was good. A week later (next time driving), headlights don't turn off, turn signals won't work. Took it back, NOW its showing a code. They admitted they didn't check after the last repair. They did NOTHING to verify the intermittent problem was resolved. Because the headlight worked. I paid $800+ towing and still have an electrical issue. Pretty clear they saw cash offer, tried to make as much as they could. I was told to call other shops to see what they would do. I went to Georges because I was told they weren't like other shops. But, apparently they are EXACTLY like other shops. Good luck if you give them a shot.

Told attendant exactly what was wrong. Needed new plugs and plug wires. Four of each. A very simple job.Was billed a rediculous price for this work. It was originally even higher. I know I was being taken. Will never recommend or be back for service if I do not get a satisfactory response.

Took car in for an alignment, tires are bad. Alignment was done but due to bad tires started driving and not aligned. Was told get new tires than get it aligned. Well I was charged for the service not knowing it wouldn’t work. They should have left it alone and not charge. Not happy. I’ve referred several people to them but not ever again. Looking for a new auto garage that can be honest with a woman.

Worst experience I've ever had. Paid $145 for a diagnostic test to find out why my car was in limp mode and idling high. Got no answers, spoken down to as a women, and they sent my car home in worse condition. Nothing got put back together. Do not use this shop. Also now that I'm reading the other negative reviews it does seem like they think women are idiots and easy to scam....and the words defensive and unwilling to take any accountability come up often.Beware of this shop!

I had an electrical issue (battery, headlight, blinkers, windshield wipers) with my Jeep, and had heard good reviews from family about this place. Brought it in, was told after their diagnosis that the issue was only a faulty wire in the engine and we had them fix it. Was satisfied with this until a little while later when we found they had incorrectly informed us, and this only fixed one issue that I told them about and they hadn’t bothered to check that everything worked, and they had in fact only fixed the headlight and battery. Found my headlights had no communication to the switch, so I couldn’t turn them on/off and they were on anytime the battery was in use, my blinkers and windshield wipers still weren’t working. We brought it back in and they wanted to charge us another $315 for another diagnostic AND charge us to fix what they “missed” the first time, despite us being charged for those fixes the first time. Absolutely unsatisfied and wouldn’t recommend them to even my worst enemy.
