Well I got a email from Cape Coral wanting to buy my SUV, so I called down to Cape Coral Kia and they said come on down ,so we did and we live in North Port, so they set up a appointment for us and when we parked and came in the salesman Anthony was by the door or outside and said I can help you and he took care of us. He is a Awesome Salesman and he asked me what I was looking for and I said the Kia Sorrento and asked me what color and what did I need in the Kia Sorrento and I told him and he said I have the perfect SUV for you and it was, but it didn’t have the power lift gate, but I tried it and it was very light, compared to the Chevy Equinox and he was absolutely right. I loved the way it drove and the pick up and it was extremely comfortable and I wanted gray in the inside and it had that too. So we went inside the dealership after we drove it and he went out and looked at our SUV to see what we could do but we were upside down and the trade in wouldn’t work. Do that was a little upsetting that they gave us a bad deal at the dealership. I guess some dealerships don’t care what they do to the people, just to make a sale. We weren’t too happy , but we purchased the 2026 Sorrento S and we were very Happy with it and the salesman Anthony and everything went well. Thank you Kia of Cape Coral.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Ive bought 2 cars in the past from this dealership. Good cars. So I decided to buy another today. After I called in to get a price on another one and make a deal while I was at work the manager on duty , told me he would send me over the numbers after we came to a set price on the car. I told him id come in today after work if im able to or tomorrow morning if I cant today. But that if he sent me the price sheet and all the details with a price I liked we would have a deal. I waited all day since 9am till around 3pm in the afternoon on a call or anything. His salesmen was giving me the run around saying he was busy and would call me in a second , this and that covering for his boss. (Dominic Christiano sales guy) after multiple texts back and forth of me telling mr Dominic im serious about buying this car. I just need final numbers. They proceed to sell the car right under my feet. Now im not a sales man but thats 100 percent slime behavior to me. Not only did they not hold the car during negotiations. They sold it with out even telling me its being sold. Just a simple , the car has been sold. No sorry not nothing. Then the manager starts to laugh at me during our text threads. I will never step foot in this dealership in my life. They have lost my business, good standing wit me on every account. Ive sent every person I know to this dealership after buying my last sorrento. But never again. Ill say the excat opposite that there the worst dealership in the state of Florida.

I spoke with Slayter Aubin and he was fantastic. There was a slight hiccup on getting the vehicle delivered( delayed paperwork) but he guided me through the transaction smoothly and made everything easy. Do not expect them to respond back after the deal. I was given a different out of door price , than what the numbers came out to being. A bunch of BS dealership fees to get more money. Negotiate the OTD price! listing price is not anywhere close to what you will pay. If you are out of state and want to pickup a vehicle at Kia of Cape Coral - expect a month for processing.

What else do you do when you just moved here from out of state? Good question: you buy a new car! WHY NOT 🤷🏻♂️ Went into Kia of Cape Coral wanting to test drive 🚗🚙🚗 pre-owned cars I saw online. When I arrived I was greeted by Slayter. During my time at Kia, Slayter was personable, knowledgeable and took the time to listen why I was there. After testing driving 3 cars, I decided on the managers special, 2025 Sorento. After the Kia team and finance department looked everything over, it was brought to my attention on a much better deal, financial 💰 wise on a brand new 2026 Sorento. Fast forward 2 hrs past closing time, I walked away with my new Sorento, and have been very happy with it since! All said and done, the tired and hangry customer (Me!) was glad have worked with Slayter and the rest of the team at Kia of Cape Coral! Go see Slayter, you won’t be disappointed! PS, order him and you a pizza if you visit late at night - it’s a must!!!

Excessive Wait Time and Poor Appointment Management Despite having a scheduled appointment at 12:30 PM, my vehicle was not returned to me until 3:45 PM. This excessive delay of over three hours for a routine maintenance service demonstrates a severe failure in appointment scheduling, service workflow management, and overall respect for the customer's time. Lack of Basic Professionalism and Customer Courtesy Upon finally receiving my vehicle, it was evident that the service staff failed to perform basic expected courtesies: • No Complimentary Cleaning: The vehicle was returned without the standard courtesy car wash or interior vacuuming, which are often provided by professional dealerships. • Negligent Handling: Most concerning was the presence of grease marks left on the hood (bonnet) of the vehicle. This clearly illustrates a profound lack of care and professionalism from the technicians, indicating that the staff is either incompetent or negligent in their handling of customer property. In summary, the service I received at Kia of Cape Coral was marked by misleading financial practices, unacceptable time management, and a complete lapse in professional standards. I walked in with the intention to simply browse — basically just get a feel for what was available in my price range and criteria. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Austin, and he was amazing. He let me roam freely, check out whatever caught my eye, and I genuinely appreciated that he didn’t hover or pressure me. He gave me space to explore and that honestly made the experience so much more comfortable. When it came time to negotiate, he listened to what I needed and worked with me to land on a price and situation that actually made sense for me — not just for the dealership. Then there’s Matt in finance — absolute wizard. He pulled off a financing option that fit my situation without blasting my credit through a dozen inquiries, and I can’t thank him enough for that.
