Hands down best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Walked away with a certified pre owned truck. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I never once felt pressured from anyone to make a decision quickly. Everything was done from my level of comfort. When you go there you have to ask for Luis Garcia. That man made our whole experience enjoyable and easy. He knows what he is talking about and does not sugar coat things just to get you in the door. Their dealership was professional and worked in a timely manner. I will continue to go back there the next time I need another vehicle.

Two times I’ve been here just to waste money and time and to leave with the same truck issues I came unit fix. The first time I called to make an appointment I was told they would have a loaner car for me to arrive and then they told me I never had or made an appointment. This second time I came in after making another appointment months later to only find out they again didn’t have a loaner but they made me pay for rental from enterprise for three whole days feeding me lies about then calling my extended warranty to at end I called to find out I was out of warranty period. I was misled to believe I was going to be covered during those days. End of the day if you stand there long enough you will hear the phone ring endlessly about others complaining about similar situation and issues from this dealership. I highly recommend not gong here for maintenance for it will cost you minimum a diagnostic fee of $200 just to look at your car from across the parking lot. Don’t take my word for it go watch the astounding level of incompetence in person. I’m out an easy $1,000 between these two appointments. This is the next day after picking up my truck and guess what they didn’t tighten the negative battery terminal so now I’m left walking to go buy a trickle charger to recharge my truck battery. Worst repair facility in all of Cape Coral

Earlier in 2025, I had front brake work completed on my truck at Roger Dean, including front discs, pads, a caliper, and one wheel bearing. Following that repair, the vehicle required two return trips for brake-related issues, which raised concerns about the quality and accuracy of the initial work. The truck is not a daily driver and accumulated only approximately 3,000 miles after the original repair. When I later brought it to another shop for new tires, I was informed that the entire brake system required replacement again. Given the low mileage and prior return visits, this was troubling. I returned the vehicle to Roger Dean to address these concerns and was charged nearly $800 for brake hoses, despite the parts themselves costing roughly $40. I was told this reflected employee pricing and labor, which I found difficult to justify in light of the recent brake work and repeat issues. As someone who works in the heavy industrial service industry, I am familiar with diagnostic processes and recognize patterns consistent with misdiagnosis or callback coverage. This experience significantly impacted my confidence in the technical workmanship of the service department. While staff have generally been professional toward me, I was also disappointed by the manner in which a service advisor treated my wife during a separate visit for her Equinox. She was spoken to in a condescending and rude manner, which is unacceptable. Due to the repeated brake issues, pricing concerns, and prior problems including a separate experience involving a starter repair, I no longer have confidence in Roger Dean’s service department and will not be returning for future service.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received from Roger Dean Chevrolet and its management. Your service department has failed to properly complete the same sunroof repair on three separate occasions. During these attempts, my vehicle’s entire headliner was removed due to installation error, and when the vehicle was finally returned to me, the work was completed poorly and clearly not to factory standards. The sunroof now cannot be opened without causing severe rear window reverberation, something that was never present before and is absolutely not factory behavior. In addition, the interior was returned with missing plastic trim pieces, visible scratches, and poor reassembly overall. GARY inspected the vehicle and assured me it was good to go! ("NOT") Most concerning of all, my vehicle was returned to me with defective seatbelts missing their clips/anchors on the side of the vehicle, which remained unresolved for over a month. This is a serious safety issue and should never occur under any circumstances. I attempted to contact the General Manager twice regarding these issues. He stated he would “get to the bottom of it,” yet I never received a follow-up call or resolution. This lack of accountability and communication from management is unacceptable. At this point, my confidence in Roger Dean Chevrolet’s service department and leadership is non-existent. The repeated repair failures, careless workmanship, and lack of follow-through reflect a deeply troubling level of incompetence and disregard for customer safety and satisfaction. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed promptly, including a clear explanation of how these failures occurred and what will be done to properly resolve them. From someone who has bought a new GM vehicle each of the past 5 years.

We took it to Roger Dean Cheverolet and were quickly scheduled for warranty work the following day. Lisa Short, my new service rep, did an amazing job for me getting me in quickly for service, securing parts that were very difficult to get, helping me apply warranty coverage for my repairs and rewards points I’ve never utilized. She is always very kind, motivated to help me, knowledgeable, explains things clearly and goes the extra mile to make sure I am happy, welcome there and taken care of properly. The mechanic who worked on my car did an excellent job as well. All issues were resolved and my vehicle runs great now. I am grateful for the great job he or she did. Brent Dixon, my sales person, has been amazing every step of the way since I bought my vehicle 5 years ago. I have never in my life had a sales person that sticks by me after the purchase of a vehicle. He continues to go to great lengths, year after year, to make sure I am happy and taken care of. Every problem I have ever had with my vehicle was eventually resolved because of his loyalty to me. This really shows how much he values customers at Roger Dean. Without him and without Lisa, I may have not come back to Roger Dean in the future for a new vehicle because of ineffective customer service in the service department and vehicle servicing issues in the past three years with two other service reps. Those two reps dismissed me time and time again and I always felt that I was a nuisance to them just for coming in for regular services, let alone problems with my vehicle. Once I started seeing Lisa for help with my vehicle’s issues, I have felt heard, taken care of and confident in sticking with Roger Dean. Brent and Lisa are invaluable to this dealership! I will absolutely be back for additional vehicles in the future because of them.

What a refreshing experience we had at Rodger Dean's. They were up front about the cost, when I asked for my out the door price, before going in. I wasn't sure there wouldn't actually be hidden fees, based on our experience at the dealership in Punta Gorda! But I have to say, we have never been treated with more respect and honesty when dealing with a car dealership. There were NO hidden fees, no hard sell, just polite, knowledgeable personnel. I had no intention on buying that day but Andy was such a great help in determining the Traverse would meet my expectations.
