Went in for oil change and diagnostic check, sat around for 2+ hours, then they wanted to charge me $2600 to replace AC compressor and engine fan (got it done for literally half somewhere else). Then when I told them I didn’t want the service, I had to wait around for at least 30 minutes for them just to get my car. Lesson learned: don’t go to the dealer after your free oil changes run out.

I recently contacted the service department because we had low tire pressure in one tire on our 2024 Nissan and we were unable to get the cap off the stem. They told me to bring it in, which my husband did on Saturday, April 12. Unfortunately, they were also unable to get the cap off and set up an appointment for Monday, April 14th. One and a half hours after we arrived, we were told there was a nail in the tire which was causing the leak and the position it was in they were unable to repair. They presented us with an offer for a new tire and we advised them to go ahead and replace, only for them to come back minutes later to tell us they didn’t have the tire. They said they had replaced all the caps on the tires and we told them we would get the tire elsewhere. We stopped at the store and after turning the car back on, the tire pressure light was on. This was the first time the light appeared. I contacted service again on Wednesday, April 16th and set up an appointment for that day to have the situation corrected. After arriving and speaking with our advisor, we were told we they had no record of the appointment. My husband showed them the confirmation but they said because they did not show it, they had no one to look at our car. After waiting 15 minutes, and our car only moving, we left. This is the first Nissan we have ever owned, and since we purchased it last October, we have had to visit the service department of both Fort Myers and now Cape Coral more times than we care to or should have to. Horrible customer service from start to finish. Would not recommend and will absolutely never go back. Nancy and Ken Kleindl We had the situation corrected on Thursday, April 17th, at a different dealership who said the reason the light was on is because the stem and sensor was damaged when the cap was replaced.

I made an appointment on Saturday July 5 for new tires on July 7 with Mr. Landis, and did it all online. When I arrived, Mr. Landis checked me in promptly, got me set up with 4 brand new tires that had a special price. I was in the waiting area, overheard other people whose issues were identified, one gentleman in particular was offered a shuttle ride home so they could keep his car, the repair which was 100% covered by his warranty; another who was in and out for routine maintenance. I was really impressed with the communication, processing, and honoring the quote I received from the onset. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Went in for a paint warranty claim for my ‘23 Nissan Frontier Pro-4X. My Service Advisor Melissa and the Service Director Matt agreed that the issue was a factory defect and ensured Nissan Motors USA would warranty it. They discussed the issue with Nissan for a few weeks, and ultimately had Nissan approve the warranty claim and correct the issue. Just wanted to take the time to thank Melissa L. our service advisor at the dealership. Melissa as well as Matt the service Director have gone completely out of their way to make sure that we were satisfied. We have never had any issues with the service department unlike other dealerships, when it comes to something you need accomplished, Melissa will be hell bent on making sure it is done.
