I have never met a “family business” that was so rude and unprofessional in my life. At first I was just brushing off his lack of communication. I called asking if I could just come over to his shop and he can look at my bumpers. He seemed really nice in person way different than text. He said drop the parts of Tuesday. I was happy that I finally found someone to paint my bumpers. Monday comes around I ask if it is still cool that I drop my parts off Tuesday. His response “sure”, and never specified a time or anything so I didn’t think anything of it. I packed up all my parts, cleaned them so he didn’t have to get all the dirt off them. I get there at 10:30 a.m. and he’s not there so I call. No answer, I left thinking maybe he had something come up. When asked he said I had one customer then I left. I responded with a warning would have been nice because the day prior I checked with him. His response was word for word “Sorry buddy you can take them somewhere else then. I’m too busy I don’t wanna do them now for you anyway.” I never post reviews but this one took the cake when it came to customer service. I do not recommend this business. Since I can’t reply to him I’ll edit my post. He never gave me a time he literally just said Tuesday, so how could I have missed my appointment. You don’t care about anyone else’s time but your own. And your response shows the type of owner you are. You would have been better off ignoring it.

They fixed a small area of paint damage. You absolutely cannot tell a repair was made! I have been told in the past by other body shops that you just can't repair a spot, you have to repaint the entire panel/side/car to get a match. RJ is skilled at what he does and I will definitely return to him if I need painting or fiberglass work in the future!

Very professional. I needed an estimate on my truck. I had been told that if it were an insurance claim, the insurance company would send an estimator. I did not want an estimate from an insurance company. Thank you very much for your professionalism!
