Horrible, wired my trailer doesn't work, fixed my steering column , $5 part charged me 500 bucks had to go somewhere else to fix it, Horrible never again. And he doesn't care

So happy with this establishment. Great service, actually took the time to figure out my problem unlike country club exhaust who wanted to charge me $1300.00 in total for a problem I didn't have.. I went in with a rattling noise under my car. Country Club exhaust told me it was one or both of my catalytic convertors which to me sounded like they didn't know what the problem was at all completly. I then took my vehicle to hawks auto and he checked it out took maybe 20 minutes to put on the lift and bang around to see where this noise I was hearing was coming from. He told me it was a loose bracket and phycally showed me the problem. Fixed it in front my eyes tightening the bracket that was loose for free and sending me on my way. THANK YOU SO MUCH HAWKS AUTO YOU SAVED THE DAY! I really applaud this establishment it's very hard to find good mechanics who won't take advantage of a woman.

Highly Recommend Hawks Auto!!! My Ford 2012 F-250 was leaking oil and running funny. I dropped it off at Hawks and he diagnosed what the problem was correctly and repaired the engine and a few other items. We were very happy with his service. The owner is a good guy. I have had my car there 3 times in the last 3 years and every time I have been satisfied with his work and his price. I find him very fair and he certainly doesnt have any hidden add ons etc...he evaluates your car, calls to tell you what is up and how much and you decide if u want it done..i am sure there can be times when he finds something unforseen after beginning a repair that may impact the original quote but he will give you a call before proceeding. You are always in control of whether to go ahead and stop
