I was interested in getting some body parts painted by these guys, but it’s quite the joke. It took OVER a week to get a quote to paint two parts. Supposedly they can’t paint the part unless they install them as well. Never heard of this, I’m supplying my own parts and willing to take the supposed risk? The parts are BUILT for my vehicle, I don’t need you to put them on. Don’t recommend. 🤷🏼‍♂️ I dealt with Kate and her two supervisors.

This place is terrible. First let me start by saying they kept my van for almost 2 months when it was supposed to be a week. I think trying to fix what they messed up. Took my van there about a a year ago due to hitting a dear. Now I can't take away from the body damage they fixed,it looks great. However now my sliding door squeaks like never before, they put a seal in the window either backwards, the wrong one or something and it poured water into the back of the van. The diver door is poping now We recently took it back to them to fix it because they offer a lifetime warranty on a thing they touch, thankfully they honored that but scratched my van to pieces fixing the window. Wouldn't take my car back to them to even honor the warranty.

Vehicle was at their shop for 4 months with an insurance claim. After 4 months of “work” they returned the vehicle with the check engine light on. A joke. You have to hassle the mechanics for updates. The text updates are not accurate. I got text on separate days saying my vehicle was entering a process that it didn’t even do/or start when said text update was pushed out. They put the wrong size tires on my vehicle and only noticed the error when I corrected them.

My car was involved in a hit and run. I was recommended here and they were so kind and courteous in getting me through insurance to get me set up for my vehicle repairs. All in all it took less than a week I was set up with a rental through my insurance while car was set up to be repaired. While being repaired I was updated with text messages throughout the whole process and that made it that much better. Vehicle was repaired to tip top shape and I was very pleased

Our insurance company recommended Eagle Auto Body. When we delivered our vehicle there, we were greeted by a friendly professional staff and felt comfortable leaving our vehicle there. The damage appeared on the outside to be more cosmetic. No frame damage. Just a lot of plastic parts. It didn't take long for the parts to come in and for the vehicle to be repaired to our satisfaction. I was kept updated through text messaging as to the status of the vehicle which I greatly appreciated. When we picked up the car it was very fluid and friendly. I would recommend Eagle Auto Body for anybody's vehicle repair.

Update: Two days after posting my review, Eagle Auto Body contacted me, claiming they wanted to “make it right.” Their solution? A $250 offer to remove my negative review, which I declined. Later that day, they called to say my truck was finally ready. Relieved, I went to pick it up, only to find several hail dents still visible. When I pointed them out, the staff dismissed them as “normal” and claimed they “come like that from the factory,” despite the dents being only on one side. I also noticed inconsistencies in the paint, which they brushed off as typical for paintless dent repair. They agreed to fix the issues but warned it wouldn’t happen until after the holiday, likely pushing into next week. This ongoing lack of accountability and subpar work only reinforces my original warning, avoid Eagle Auto Body. I'm having a deeply frustrating experience with Eagle Auto Body while getting hail damage repaired on my truck. Initially, they estimated the repair would take 8-10 business days, but it’s now been a grueling 45 days with no clear end in sight. Each week, I call for updates, only to be told it’ll be “7 or 8 more days,” with excuses ranging from “the glass guy didn’t show up” to “it’s the insurance company’s fault.” Two weeks ago, I was told my truck was fourth in line for paint and just needed painting and reassembly, yet it’s still not done.The lack of accountability is maddening—they never take responsibility, always pointing fingers elsewhere. I chose Eagle Auto Body over roadside hail repair tents, expecting a professional experience from a “real” shop, but I was sorely mistaken. Meanwhile, my neighbors had their cars repaired in 1-2 weeks elsewhere. The constant delays, vague timelines, and poor communication have made this a nightmare. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for auto body work.

I’m from out of town used to live in WF. Brought my Tahoe to another shop in WF by recommendation from insurance, that body shop tried everything they could to not work on. Called Eagle Auto and told them the condition of the Tahoe, they didn’t hesitate said bring it in. Picked up Tahoe from other shop and took it to Eagle on a Friday. By Tuesday the following week had a new estimate was approved by insurance by end of week. Two weeks later had parts and work started. Eagle had my Tahoe for almost 8 weeks to completely rebuild my Tahoe. After getting it back found some small things that need touched up which should be expected after such a big project again they went above and beyond ordered what they needed came and drove 4 hours to pick it up and will be driving another 4 hours to bring it back. If I ever need anymore body work done I will drive the 4 hours to use these guys again. Chris and Archie thanks a million for taking such good care of us. Recently took Tahoe to dealership to have maintenance done it and the sales rep said they couldn’t tell it had body work done it looked OEM factory from the panels to the paint.
