Don't take your vehicle here. I took my vehicle to get an oil change and they ended up putting a new bolt without even asking me. Now my oil is leaking out and now I'm going to have to take it to another mechanic to get this fixed so there's an additional cost that has to come out of my pocket!! I won't ever go back and not professional at all.

I had a great experience at Mike's Lube Shop in Wichita Falls. The staff was fast and friendly, and they did a thorough job on my car. They checked the oil, tires, brakes, and fluids. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. Have been using them for years and I would definitely recommend Mike's Lube Shop to anyone who needs a quick and quality oil change.

Been going to y’all for several yrs! Last visit was treated very disrespectful for no reason! If employees having a bad day or don’t want to be @ work you don’t take it out on a customer!!!! I’m really considering going somewhere else I take that really serious how I’m treated as a customer! I wanted to knock his teeth out but thats not the way to handle anything would make me no better!! Besides that I could chg my own oil maybe I should go back to doing that!I understand people go thru things in their personal life or conflicts between co-workers ect…. I would hate to chg where I take my vehicles! But one bad experience for me is too many! Haven’t made my mind up yet! Reading your reviews it appears certain customers are treated very well & certain others are not!

Basically needed an oil change on my way to Santa Fe from Dallas to go skiing and pulled up. I didn’t think they had the filter for my Volvo and they were extremely quick, less than 30 minutes then I was on my way , ski trip saved. Love taking my car to Mike’s shop because they are caring respectful they make sure to tell you if there’s anything wrong with your car like a leak or anything. They told me one time I had a gas pump leak. My steering fluid reservoir was leaking. They let me know before I drove. There’s always been so kind.
