Only problem I had with them was the wait I made an appt at 12 almost 5 days in advance, I showed up 30mins early and they didn’t take my car back till 1:30. I didn’t get out of there till almost 2:30 I wasn’t trying to spend most of my Saturday after noon in a tire shop.

This is my honest review I would like to say that I had a great experience but I did not! First I want to say that I had a number of things done that did not fix the issue that was explained on top of that they tried to sell me on numerous things I did not need. They do not care about you or your car. They just care about $$$. The wait times are ridiculous as well. And if your a women please bring a male who is educated with you they will take advantage. Just wasted money. If I could give this zero stars I would. I would definitely be cautious about getting anything done here. Terrible experience. Do not believe everything they tell you always get a second opinion.

My husband came here for a tire patch and the front desk worker named: Amanda (blonde-ish frizzy hair) was unprofessional and plain out rude. Waited about an hour realizing it might take too long for our time schedule, which happens. However, when my husband asked for his keys back to turn off his car after thinking it might be too long (which happens) she sighed heavily and said "oh my gosh". Excuse me? Having bad days we all get them. If she would've explained we are short-staffed and just her situation I wouldn't be here leaving this review. Spoke to a gentleman who explained and the situation and was professional and, yes, looked tired too but wasnt rude. He's why I leave 2 stars. Thank you sir.

They rotated my tires..said my brakes were at 2 % and glazed..wanted almost 1600.00 to replace front and back....denied service..took car back home..my hubby looked at them...there not even at 50 % yet and not glazed..they tried to rip me off for service not needed...never used this location before.and even worse..my car smelled like pot when i go back in it..won't be going back either...beware of unnecessary services..they didnt even air the tires back up to level....Women..beware....they will rip u off...take someone with you that knows cars

I've been waiting for over 3 hours for an alignment and inspection after having an appointment. Still waiting. Hopefully its not too much longer. If you use this place definitely want to have someone drop you off and dont worry about getting your vehicle back any time soon.
