Awesome, professional, caring, friendly, treat you like family, service dept. A complete follow thru of buying my Chevy from Juan. We've had our truck for 2 years. Juan and Herb Easley treated us like family from the get-go, and the service dept picked up, where he left off. They take great care of us, every time we are there. Herb Easley employees keep the Herb Easley promises. $10 oil changes for life. Free inspections. They even washed all the dove droppings off, for free! They don't try and sell me stuff I don't need. They are good people there. Thanks again, Christie and crew, from the service dept, last week!

No job to small. I went to HE's Body Shop to inquire about repairing the trim on my truck. Lupita greeted me with a smile and asked me how could she help. I explained to her that all I needed was to have some loose body trim repaired on my truck, and that other shops I had been to didn't seem to be interested. Lupita went to check with her repairman, and I was pleasantly surprised when she came back to tell me that she could get it done now and it would take approximately two hours. I went to lunch and before the two hours she called me to let me know that my truck was ready. Thank you HE and Lupita for your superb service. I would highly recommend.

My truck looked awesome! Sad to say, but I have been involved in two wrecks and both times this shop has done awesome work. The customer service was on point from everyone that I came in contact with.
