Go there earlier in the morning. Was able to get out in 30 minutes. Last time I went it was over an hour for 1 tire and that was in the afternoon.

Slow and sometimes rushing, forgets to reset buttons aftet service, waited 1 hour to get new battery , my passanget airbag was shut off and i dont how to turn it back on, tech should have checked that for me.

I sat in their store for 4 FOUR hours. Then they say that my rim is bent & they can't get it to hold a bead. (?) I went to Royal tire & had the tire & mounted in under 15 minutes!! Never again! The only reason I gave 1 star was because they don't have a slot for zero.

Fast service but absolutely terrible service. They first put the wrong size tire on and two with an AWD car you have to change out all the tires and they only changed out the one that needed fix. And when I started driving the AWD started over heating and my car was going into shut down mode. Go to discount tires instead way nicer and professional staff. They were able to help solve the problems that walmart tire and lube messed up!

A/T tires were to be mounted. They chose to mount them inside - out, so the white DISCOVERER markings being to the inside. I wanted them to change it to the standard mount like they were advertised. I was charged a second time the full amount of 100$ for mounting. After a long discussion I ended up with 56$ to pay extra for their fault. DO it the standard way or ask, but don't let the costumer pay for your fault!!!! Worst costumer service seen so far!!!

They would not mount my tires. I have a Bronco II that has oversize tires on it already. I bought a different size tire online and took them in to have them mounted. I was told they would not mount them because it was not the recommended tire size for my vehicle. SERIOUSLY?? Firstly, to think the Walmart Tire Center knows more about my vehicle and what it is capable of than I do is absurd. Secondly, I spent weeks researching the tire size that would work for my application. Just because a manufacturer recommends one tire size DOES NOT MEAN THAT'S THE ONLY ONE THAT WORKS. Thirdly, if I had brought the same wheels and tires to them in the bed of a pickup truck, THEY WOULD HAVE MOUNTED THEM. If this is a corporate mandate, it's patently absurd and downright idiotic, not to mention there's no way to enforce it when wheels and tires are brought in off of a vehicle. STUPID. I have 8 vehicles that periodically require tires and rotations. Walmart just ensured that they will never receive any of my money at their auto center ever again. Groceries, yeah. But to tell me that they know best about my vehicle is insulting and fallacious.

I went to get an oil change, and it was TERRIBLE. Firstly, when I told them my needed oil weight, I was asked to sign off saying I asked for the wrong weight, which was not true. They thought my car was a totally different sub model. No biggie, it was caught before it happened. Secondly, as I was shopping, I was called to the automotive center. They could not get my door open... I had to take out the metal key from the electronic key so they could open the door. There was a shop full of auto techs that couldn't figure it out. That's also not a huge deal. It happens... HOWEVER Lastly, and most of all, they used my filter I brought (I brought my own oil and filter since Walmarts often do not carry my weight). This time they carried it, so I opted to pay for their oil and service, but they used my filter and still charged me full price for the change that is supposed to include the filter. Never returning to this one. I'm going to the one on the other side of town.

We needed tire service so we pupled up to the tire bay. Sat and waited for over 15 minutes no one ever spoke with us. Another car pulled up behind us and someone immediately came out of the garage to help them. They glanced at us a couple dozen times, if we are doing something wrong use your words and let us know. Horrible customer service, no communication. We have always pulled up to be serviced and did everything the same way we always do but no one ever came to speak with us or even came near us so we could speak to them and see what was going on or what we needed to do.

This was the worst experience I have ever had having tires installed. Paid for the install pkg with membership plus. I was there from 2:15 till after 5pm to have 4 tires properly installed on my vehicle, which did not happen. I did not receive new valve stems, one valve stem was missing its cap. I was also missing a lugnut. They charged me for recycling even though I was keeping my old tires. Then proceeded to give me tires that were not even mine, so I had to have them go find my old tires. They also didn't do any of the work on my spare tire that I requested be done. Seriously the Lawrence location auto center is garbage.

Employees were all very nice but we were told it'd be ready in 20 minutes and we sat there for over an hour and a half. If it was going to be that wait time from the start, they could have just said that and we could plan accordingly. Instead we rushed to be ready in 20 mins and sat there for another hour and 20 ish mins waiting without them even updating us or explaining it to us or anything. I think it just sat in the bay forever with no one working on it. If it was like 45 mins even it wouldn't be that bad but over 1.5 hours is a pretty big stretch from 20 mins lol.

On a trip to Dallas, picked up a nail in the rear tire. Good 'ol Walmart, got us in fast, had the tire(150.32) . Guys in the auto area were really great. Yes, usually post above food, these guys were on point and you need to know if your traveling they take off U. Now let's find some food.
