I agree with a previous review. I arrived at this location looking for a BMW. I was approached by an old white female, glasses, blond hair. She was rude and did not appear to want to help me. I had cash on hand to purchase the vehicle. I never returned. I wish I was approached by a different employee, I hear her husband works there as well.

Not great to deal with to purchase a vehicle. Wasted my time waiting until, whom I presume is the owner, to be back in town so I could purchase a vehicle. Almost three weeks later, when he said he'd be back, I messaged again about the car and was rudely told someone had put a deposit the day he came back. He had previously informed me I couldn't purchase until he returned. I'm sure I would have been one of the first to contact about the vehicle the day or so after it was posted. Why list something for sale if you know you won't allow anyone to purchase it for three weeks?

If you want someone to be disrespectful in attempted to sell a Lemon, The these sales people are it (I blocked the names for privacy unless the Owner of the establishment decides they'd like to know whom they are....unless it was the owner themselve...which would make it even MORE sad They'll attempt to patronize you as if you didn't know any better...as if you were in contempt. No one can read your mind sir or ma'am. 1. Requested information which was never followed up on until I reach out another 45 days later AFTER they stated they would send me the inquired picture 2. After given the link (from the lack of willing to just take the photo I requested, overlooked the car and gave a simple list of why I wasn't interested..I DIDN'T give an offer to be low offer of any kind. Just stated things that stuck out as an M car enthusiast of why I was passing it, especially for that price point, check engine light, etc. 3. Gentleman then ranted about how to read the ad that it was "listed on their ad" about the Check Engine Light... HOWEVER this is NOT true (see pics), I only mentioned things that threw the car "off" 4. Salvaged cars are 40-50% value OF a clean title equivalent. Even if it was clean, this IS NOT a $25k car, no where close to it with it's improper swapping of parts. Learn how to be respectful, especially in the South. You may have had a bad day, but no one treated them with disrespect to be treated as such. I'm beginning to ponder how many people are taught the golden rule growing up?

I am originally from the northern half of the state, and for years I bounced around shops up there and never quite found a good place. Since moving here I have been coming to East Coast Exotics and I will go nowhere else. First and foremost is their timelines, consistently I get my car back sooner than I expected or exactly on time. They have never ever been late. Furthermore they do fantastic work, just because it's quick doesn't mean it was rushed. They know exactly what they're doing and you can trust your car with them. Additionally everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. They're always quick to run down what needs to be fixed and let you know if there is stuff to watch out for in the future (ya know instead of saying you NEED this right now!). ALSO if you have their plate holders on you get free inspections, and of you return your car before a certain mileage point they give a 10% discount on oil changes. All in all I love this place. Thank you for the great work over the past three years
