Service is a bit hit and miss. Sometimes the tires shine, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the inside is vacuumed nicely, others times, not so much. All hand wash so that's why I keep going. Price is ok, they have a coupon on their website. Staff is always friendly.

Love this place. Only place my cars have been going to for oil changes for the past 13 years. Oil service is fast, and you get a free car wash to boot. Even when I don't need an oil change, this is the place I take my babies to.

$50 with tip to get a car wash and still had to ask them to vacuum car again when I got it. Also center console was still dirty and radio face plate was still dirty, and smudges of dirt still left on windows. I paid for the Platinum package and I expected my car to be somewhat spotless. This was definitely not worth the money. I had to use half a bottle of clorox disinfectant wipes to hit up spots they missed. If that's the case I could have done it myself. The guy who worked on my car was really nice. But I feel if you order a Platinum package for $40.99 you should have two people working on the car!!!! I can only imagine if I paid for an interior wash how the inside would look.

They have wonderful service, professional people, the prices are reasonable and expedient in washing your vehicle. The only thing I might say is double check the work and inform them if there's something they didn't clean and they're quickly to correct the issue. But try to tell them ahead of time what you want them to focus on and they all accomplish that.

Bad customer service, not business minded, not everyone works during the day I work graveyards so I if I get the oil change is also to get the complimentary car wash later, and yes sometimes I can't go within the 30 days so I asked office manager (lady) is there anything you can do she stated no, so I asked again you rather lose a customer for a car wash she said yes nothing she could do date is to far back, ok I understand so lets put it with numbers I have 3 car all get oil changed average charge is $65 per car time 3 which is $195 twice a year $390, so you rather lose $390 for a car wash? You guys must be doing great to not think of these things, Thank you

DO NOT COME BEWARE The guys here hit my Wax Pen after I left it in the car , very unprofessional also had a hanging piece of my car I was going to fix they felt it in there power to rip it off costing me at least 280$ in damage be careful leaving your car here unsupervised.

I bought a used car and dropped it off for an oil change and wash. The technician called me 5 minutes later and said, "hey, this oil was changed really recently, no need to do it again now." I appreciate that level of honesty, rather than just taking my money. Reliable technicians. EDIT - 3 YEARS LATER. I still bring my cars here for oil changes, but the quality of their washes has really deteriorated. Just picked up my car and they didn't even PRETEND to have vacuumed it. Minimal dash wiping, just very lazy and half-hearted. Disappointing service.

By far the best car wash in the Antelope Valley. One cannot beat their prices and quality of work for those prices. Inexpensive with the total Car Wash inside and out; with Armor All, including Tire black and a spray wax will cost you between $21-$35, or more if you desire more detailing. This price includes detailing on inside and out. This is one of the few car washes where they clean the frame of the door inside and out and everything else complete, inside and out. For a 100% hand wax job, exterior prices begin at $69.95. Cars can be washed and waxed in a quick 30 minutes but more often each attendant spends close to an hour and wiping down your car with finesse. Windows are cleaned inside as well. One can get a hand detailing wax and polish job including buffing from 65 to $100 Obviously Car Wash Express has good management, because each employee's attitude is sincere, kind and friendly.

Everytime I come here it never disappoints me, I always recommend it to friends whether you're looking for a carwash or service. I camed in on Sunday morning for an oil change, brake pads replacement, Alex & Daniel were very cool at explaining everything to me. Alex kept informing me on everything about the car and some suggestions that helped us in the end as this was our commuter car. Overall I couldn't be more happy always spending time at East Side Car wash. I feel at home here.🙂👍

My Honest Review I just purchased a vehicle and brought it to Eastside Car Wash & Quick Lube for a full-service wash. I requested an exterior wash, interior wipe down, and vacuuming. Unfortunately, I received none of that. I was in a rush due to a doctor’s appointment, so I wasn’t able to check the car right away. After my appointment, my wife and I looked over the vehicle—and it was like nothing had been done. The back seat and floors weren’t vacuumed, the trunk was untouched, and there was even a visible stain on the exterior that I wiped away with my finger. It was obvious no real effort was made. To top it off, I even bought a scent spray from them thinking the car would be clean and fresh—nothing about the result matched what I paid for. They charged me $29 for “full service,” but gave me zero service. Just a long wait and a huge disappointment. This is exactly why more people are turning to self-serve car washes or mobile detailing services that come to your home—because hand wash places like this are falling short. I won’t be coming back, and I would not recommend this business to anyone looking for real car care.

VERY disappointed, I just came from there and got the gold package plus the shampoo for all 4 mats and when i looked at my car there was no tire dressing, it wasn't properly dried at all it looked like they just left it in the sun, and they even forgot to clean the interior I even had to ask the guy to shampoo my mats because it wasn't done! I don't even think they vacummed anything, I have photos to show what I mean. I came to them because of all the great reviews but I feel like I should of gone somewhere else I am so furious I tried looking for a manager but apparently he was on lunch! I am 37 weeks pregnant so obviously this was supposed to be a stress reliever by being something to mark off my to do list without over doing it since I'm due any day now but of course now I have to go home and do what I PAID these guys to do for me!!!

I told them my passenger side mirror was industrial glued. Asked and confirmed with them no machines and to be gentle with it. I got my car back with my passenger side mirror hanging off and a piece of it cracked. I didn’t ask the guy and wax in my car and he said yes, then They brought the main guy over to me and he said no machine was used water got inside of it and that’s why it’s Hanging! That’s not forget I drive my car 100 miles an hour on the freeway Glue is a solid as concrete and I’ve never had no Issues. There is no way that light water is going to the right concrete no, causing my mirror to break! They also broke a piece of my sister‘s passenger door off doing the same thing. I hated that there’s nothing they can do and basically it is my fault and they are not accountable for what they did to my car. Need I remind you my car is a brand new 2024 car!

I came in for a wash and wax and they talked me into buffing my car for $150. They ruined my paint job. It has swirls scratched into my paint on every inch of my car. I brought it back in and they acknowledged the swirls and re did it. All that did was remove the clear coat and now my decals on my hood and truck are all faded too. I took it to a paint guy for an estimate and was told they burned it with the buffer too. I took it back in and the guy who did the damage the first time said he was the general manager and said that he didn't see swirls he saw spider webs. Is there a difference? Scratches are scratches right. He offered to wax it and refused to admit he ruined my paint job on my black Camaro SS. Car belonged to my fiance who passed away. I'm completely devastated. Left in tears. We have been customers for years too. The estimate I recieved to fix it was over $10,000. I don't have enough insurance coverage to fix it. I'm completely screwed.

BEWARE How do I give this place 0 stars, if you come here when your vehicle is parked open the hood of your car to make sure the lids to all your fluids are sealed. Because I came here was driving my car for 2 weeks and then smoke started to come out I come to find out the lib of my oil was never sealed! If there is some flaws in putting on a cap for the car I don’t even want to imagine what others things there doing To my car when there doing an oil change.
