I went there to get Relay fan installed. They charged me way to much and tried telling me i needed a new engine. I took my car to another mechanic and all i needed was a full tuneup. My car is still running and driving great after a year. They said it would only last a month. They will rip you off. Stay away!!!!

They gave me my keypad back when I was going to pick up my car that was broken did not replace a piece that they took off on my door handle instead put an older Malibu door handle on different shade color did not fix my window like I had asked told him I'd pay cash for that. Went up to the shop two or three times at least once a week told the employee to have the owner call me never received a phone call. But anyways after I finally get a hold of the owner he calls me a liar and will not order the pice to my door handle nor replace the keypad.

Had to fix my car on a very short schedule. Asked them if they could have it done in 2 days and they said they could. They forgot I needed it early in the morning so it extended it to 3 days. But they apologized and made up for it by fixing a minor annoying issue I was having that I had given up on without adding to the total bill. A sign of a great place isn't always the quality of their work (which is superb here) but how they recognize and make amends for mistakes. Highly recommend

DO NOT take your car here. These guys don’t do good work. They use silicone to put my crank sensor in. I also had a problem with my alternator so I dropped my car off and told them I need them to check my alternator. They called me back and said the alternator was good and I needed a new battery. I brought my battery early that year brand new so I asked them if they was sure. They say yeah for sure new battery and electrical. They charged me $450 to replace my battery and do “electrical” which turned out to be nothing. I drove my car away and the battery died on the way up the street. Luckily it died by another mechanic shop down 10 mile. They told me it was my alternator, I let them fix it and haven’t had a problem sense. These guys refused to give me my money and they are liars who do trash work. If any work at all I promise this was my last encounter with them

I bought a car about a month ago and I have a lead foot. Anyway I blew both head gaskets, I called this shop and they said they can get it done and even gave me a decent quote for the work, I said let’s do it. The team of mechanics had my engine tore apart literally an hour later after I agreed to get the work done, the owner has been great with his updates and communication and the estimated turn around time for this repair is fairly quick. I am hopeful that the quality of the work will hold up for a very long time and I will bring my vehicle here in the future for routine maintenance needs. Great owner, great staff.

I have videos of my engine before it got done! I HAD a cover for both, one of the workers brought out my engine cover that I supposedly never had but I’m guessing you just keep random parts “THAT MY TRUCK IS MISSING” to a 2015 dodge Durango laying around in your shop and that’s how I got my engine cover back right? BECAUSE YOUR EMPLOYEE WALKED RIGHT IN THE SHOP BAY DOORS AND GRABBED IT AND SMACKED IT ON MY ENGINE IN FRONT OF YOU! I only got it back WHEN A GUY MECHANIC CAME WITH ME! When I changed my radiator, water pump, the hose and thermostat it clearly shows I have an under carriage which I have a video of! ALSO YOU OFFERED TO ORDER THE PART AND MY WIFE AGREED, SAID WE WILL BE UP SATURDAY TO PICK IT UP AND THATS WHEN I ALL OF A SUDDEN DIDNT HAVE THAT PART GOT RUDE AND HUNG UP ON MY WIFE. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF. I BROUGHT MY TRUCK PUT TOGETHER WHEN I GOT IT BACK FROM YOUR SHOP I HAD THE MECHANIC LOOK AT IT, THAT WAS ALSO THE MECHANIC THAT CAME UP TO YOUR SHOP WITH ME AND SO MANY THINGS WERE LEFT UNDONE, WHICH HE TOLD YOU AND YOUR EMPLOYEE NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN IM LYING? BUT WHEN WE WERE UP AT THE SHOP IT WAS I AM SO SORRY I HAD NO IDEA BLAMING EVERYONE FOR EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE WOMAN THAT WORKS AT YOUR FRONT DESK, BUT NOT TAKING ACCOUNTABILITY FOR WHAT YOU AND YOUR SHOP DID WRONG! IDK IF THIS IS SIMPLY BECAUSE WE ARE WOMEN AND IT WAS AN EASY SCAM SO YOU THOUGHT BUT I WILL BE PUSHING THIS TO THE EXTENT NEEDED UNTIL MY TRUCK IS PUT BACK TOGETHER HOW IT CAME. I KNOW WHAT I HAD ON MY TRUCK I WORK ON MY OWN VEHICLE! IF I COULD HAVE DONE MY OWN ENGINE AND TRANS I WOULD HAVE FOR REASONS LIKE THIS! IF I MESS UP MY OWN ITS MY FAULT, BUT TO PAY TO GET SOMETHING DONE AND ALL IM GETTING IS A BUNCH OF BS IS CRAZY. ATP YOURE JUST LYING ABOUT A LOT OF THINGS BECAUSE YOU DONT WANT TO LOOK BAD! UNPROFESSIONAL AND JUST OUT RIGHT WRONG.I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN AFTER GETTING MY ENGINE DONE AND PICKING UP MY TRUCK WITH A BUNCH OF TOBACCO ALL IN MY CARPET WHICH I DONT SMOKE ANYTHING WITH TOBACCO, PERSONAL BELONGINGS (kerchiefs) BECAUSE YOU OR ONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES TOOK IT UPON YOURSELVES TO TAKE MY TRUCK BACK AND FORTH TO DEARBORN AND DO PERSONAL ERRANDS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, RUNNING ALL MY GAS OUT WHICH IS WHY I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY THE 100$ DEDUCTIBLE ON MY TRANS BECAUSE I COMPLAINED ABOUT HOW DISRESPECTFUL YALL WERE TO ME AND MY VEHICLE. NO DEDUCTIBLE WAS MENTIONED ABOUT MY ENGINE! BUT WAS MENTIONED FOR MY TRANS. And here are some screenshots of the video when I worked on my truck this year changing my radiator and other things I mentioned with my undercarriage on, if I could post the video I would! And I also took a screen shot of the ground so you can clearly see the floor is a light blue my undercarriage is black and was holding the bowl I used to catch my antifreeze because the clamp on my radiator hose was at the bottom and the hose was stopping me from being able to reach the bottom of the clamp. So to avoid having to take the undercarriage off I cut the hose and replaced it. And that’s also my air condenser that was on correctly but is now pushed up against the radiator and water pump hose that they supposedly didn’t touch.

They cut and spun wires together , then pushed them into the bundle , every time I turned my vehicle would cut out. 3 weeks of bringing it back, time and time again. I spent good money with them and it cost me twice , I wouldn't suggest this place.

Had work preformed they were timely and the price was great. The next morning I had the same thing happen , I called them, they sent a tow truck , fixed it and returned the same day. Let my vehicle sit over Easter holiday weekend and it did same thing. I called they took my vehicle back and found the underlying problem and resolved it. Never asking for more money , they only wanted to get it resolved. I have received the vehicle back and it's running great , no more issues. I'd definitely recommend them , they stand behind what they do and are all good men of character.

So stay clear of this place they messed up my car i took it to them like 10 times before I finally took it somewhere else now its costing me money cause the warranty does not pay for mistakes they said something is wrong cause it started when it wanted after they put a motor in but they could not find the problem even tho I kept saying this started after the motor was put in and I asked the for the boss to call me and still no call and when I call the shop they ignore me I think they should have to pay because I had a running car and now I dont so stay clear and I found out they broke my starter and put a used one in it and warranty won't even pay for that and they won't answer there phones and the new one is a piece of crap they messed up my car and now won't pick up there phone im gonna call the bbb they should be closed down just got off phone finally after a week they said they will put another used starter in my car u broke my starter now you won't put a new one stay clear of this place they will screw you over they need to pay for it my car hasn't ran sense they touched it be careful they get over on women they charger me 450 dollars for a mobalizer come to find out my car does not have a mobalizer so what they charge me for they take your money and dont do anything

I recommend all women go here. They are so reasonable and trustworthy. I use to go to Harper tires but once they charged me 1000 for brakes I never went back. This place charged me 270 plus tax same car. Go and see my friend Ahmed thee best.
