I took my BMW to EBB Elite the service to see what was wrong with the car. After few days. I went to see what was wrong with the car. The mananger told me that it needed to be taken to the dealership to get programmed. I asked for the paperwork of what was diagnosis so I could take it to the dealership so it could get fixed. Come to find out he never performed a diagnostic on the vehicle. I assume that he thinks people are stupid since most of us are not a mechanic. What a waste of time and money. I gave him two stars because at least he was polite.

What is there to say besides these guys are amazing. I brought in my car for a transmission service to find out that the not so small oil leak had my transmission on less than a quart of oil. Thank goodness for Edward and Ryan for being the meticulous and hard workers that they are. They explained they were busy and would get to it no later than the next day and literally the next evening I got a call that my vehicle was done. The pricing was better by a significant amount compared to any other shops. This happened a 6 months ago and I told Them I wouldn’t review their business until I hit my 120 day mark to make sure the review was accurate. I shouldn’t have waited my transmission is better than it ever was before. These guys are simply put incredible. Go to EBB for all your car service needs!!! 10/10 would recommend to everybody! I literally always do!

I'll have to change my comments. I'd got ripped off with an oil change. They eraced the dash alarm, but my Benz told me oil was low. Not low but dirty . I was too ashamed on their part to go back. I gave them a chance and failed. Don't go here.

Towed my car in for a diagnostic. I was a little iffy about some of the reviews but just took in anyway. Guy at main desk was supper cool and informative of how they work. Turned out I needed a timing chain and some extra parts. The guys handle the job well and got my car back on the road. Waited a few weeks to write a review but car is still running good! Thanks to the team at EBB definitely recommend

What can I say Edward is not a man of his word. This auto repair shop cost me $2000.00 plus at another auto shop. Had to take my Benz to another shop . A Total mess up on their end. So for all you looking to get screwed over think twice. Edward said he was gonna help with the repairs and send money once a month and I have yet to see it. So disappointing!!!

Twice they miss diagnosed my car, after the first time I gave them another try. But they did it again. Both times I had to take my mini to the dealer and they diagnosed it right away. When I brought it to their attention they tried to say it’s because my car is old and needs to much work. My car is in excellent condition. If it wasn’t why would I pay what the dealer charges to fix it. Don’t waste your money there. Also found this from the BBB.

I’ve been taking my bmw to EBB for over 5 years and in that time I’ve not only had them service my car for routine maintenance, but have had a series of heavy work completed for worn seals causing oil leaks needing to drop the entire engine, saving me thousands off the bmw dealer’s quote. With every job, Edward and his brother Ryan have taken care of my car. They don’t just tell me what’s wrong, but show me why the part needs replacement. They’ll even point out when something can wait to be fixed allowing me to financially prepare myself. They’re honest and transparent. Their shop is immaculately clean, organized and they keep detailed record of the work they’ve done through the years. They respond quickly to my texts and even send me videos on their diagnosis when I’ve dropped off my car. They deliver my car in better condition and on the day promised; I’ve not once had an experience where I’ve been dissatisfied. My engine is extremely clean considering how old my car is (2015) and I believe I’ve been able to keep my car all these years because of the quality of their work. Although I’m not family, they certainly treat me like I am and I am eternally grateful. I realize I’m not special as I’ve seen them interact with other customers throughout the years in the same fashion. If you’re reading this, it’s because you’re researching and need reassurance on who you can trust with your (possibly) second largest investment. I cannot recommend EBB enough to meet your BMW and Mercedes maintenance needs. An added plus is that they’re fluent in Spanish. Thank you Edward and Ryan for your kind and professional service.
