Really expensive for one tire Other tire companies sell the tire almost 100 dollar less Customer service was great but the price was way to high for one tire Almost $325 It was a Sunday Le Shwab and americas tire was closed if you can wait wait They overcharge I asked for aaa discount or aarp but they didn’t have that option

My son and I are on a road trip from LA to Arizona and got a flat tire in Fontana. We were able to get to this location and use the existing warranty on our tires from our location in Eagle Rock at this location. David helped us out and went above and beyond to make sure we were covered! It took less time than expected. And there’s even a Cane’s in the same plaza to get some good lunch while we waited. Thanks David and team for the amazing service! So grateful we bought our tires and warranty with Mountain View!!

I was had a bad thermostat they started off charging me 1495.00 pa job like that at the dealership is less than 1200, then he tells me a buster line on my car is 1200 for the car the dealer charge 260 for that part his boss said charge me 1200 for the part these people knew I was from out of town with my elderly mom and took advantage of me car runs good had to wait 2. 1/2 days renting a hotel then because of parts were ship it was the worst experience I ever had to deal with cashier tells me I didn’t have to agree with the work done he’s right but he knew like I knew I didn’t have a choice this place jacked me good with out a gun😩

If you want to get your car aligned here, do yourself a favor and don't. A while back I had taken my truck here to get a simple alignment. I had made an appointment weeks prior, so I expected it to take no more than an hour. It ended up taking 2 hours for some reason. So I thought whatever at least its done. As I'm driving home I notice that my steering wheel is still crooked but this time pointing to the left instead of the right. It was even worse than when I had originally brought it in. Now I'm just looking at a crooked steering wheel.

Unfortunately, we gave both the baseline and highland locations in Fontana a second chance and were disappointed each time. Should not have gone back after the first incident and definitely will not be going back after the third. Went into the highland/sierra location in Fontana right at opening and was told it would only take about an hour-2 hours fit an oil change on a 2018 Ford F150. After 2.5 hours, I walked into the lobby asking what the progress was. I could see my truck sitting in the same parking spot since I dropped it off almost 3 hours prior. They hadn’t even brought not even started to work on it even though 3 bays were empty when I arrived. They apologized and immediately worked on my truck, took 30 minutes. Roughly two days later, I am leaving for work and the battery is not working. I am unable to unlock the truck with the keys or even show lights once doors open. the truck would not start. Upon investigation, both positive and negative terminals were loose resulting in me loosing a day of work due to not having auxiliary power to my truck. The positive lead was off the battery entirely. Now we are at the next time I bring my truck in, only this time we decided to go to the Baseline location in Fontana hoping to avoid the same issue. My husband consistently takes his work truck in for service at this location. Once again, lazy and incomplete work on my truck was done. After the oil change, they did not put the oil cap back on. my whole driveway has very large oil stains and oil residue all over the engine and underneath the truck. The oil cap was left inside but was not placed back on. There are pictures to show. We got an oil change prior to a long commute to Fallbrook and back. During that whole drive, the same day as the oil change that was done, there was no oil cap on and was just spewing oil through the whole truck. We took the truck back Mountain view after placing the oil cap in the appropriate place and the first thing the mechanic said upon inspection was “the oil cap is right there“. yes that is correct we did not continue to drive with out the oil cap on. glad we have pictures to proof it even though the amount of oil residue should be proof enough. Management took care of it and cleaned all the oil out and replaced the oil as well. No refund was offered only “my bad“ Mistakes happen but when they are this consistent it is not okay. We will not be returning. might as well and go to Valvoline, never had an issue there and they have my oil change done in 15 minutes not 3 hours.

Took two hours to get an oil change on my vehicle. I asked how much longer would it take and they told me they had ordered the filter because they didn’t have it so I had to wait longer for that too. Bad customer service and communication, if I would have known I would have not done it here. I rather go further out and get better service. The shop was slow too so I don’t understand why took so long. I will not be coming back.

They installed parts that I brought in from another merchant and when the serpentine belt purchased was found not to be the right fit for my car they swapped it out for one of their’s, no hassle. Used a Groupon for oil change and tire rotation. I called and made an appointment mentioning both services. Prior to dropping my car off I marked my back tires to ensure the rotation gets done. When I dropped off my car, I mentioned the tire rotation included in the Groupon deal again. While waiting, I got a call about other repairs that I declined and told him I just wanted the oil change tire rotation (for the 3rd time) for the time being. Sure enough when I picked it up the back tires that I had marked were not rotated to the front. I wonder how many people they’re scamming. Trust no one. Mark your tires with chalk or a bit of tape. I will be telling my family and friends in the area not to come here.

When I talk about a life saver LET ME TELL YOU. Long story short I didn't put my tires on properly after servicing my own brakes. Commuting up to the high desert in the pouring rain I felt my front end shaking. So I had to stop somewhere fast! With a convenient location I was able to stop at Mountain View Tire & Auto. They had customers so I was expecting to wait a while because I was just going to ask to use their torque wrench. The nice gentleman named Martin at the front desk said they'd be able to help. They got me in and out super quick and very helpful! Less than 15 minutes Gilbert and Mike got my car jacked up and tires balanced properly so I was safe to drive. Thank you! ***be prepared for the cold weather***

Took my car there for inner and outer tie rod replacement along with an alignment. Noticed the boot was not placed correctly when I got home . Took it back in the next day so they can fix it. The mechanic said it was good to go . Out of curiosity checked the boot the next day and same thing on both sides . The boot was not in place leaving the rack and pinion exposed. I decided to put the boot in place and secured it with zip ties cause the clamps were missing. I been taking my vehicles there for few years for basic maintenance, tires and wheel alignments. I will not longer go there .

I came in with a radiator leak. I found out they don’t do troubleshooting and testing before changing parts. They add about $130-$250 and up for labor fees. A new radiator with them cost $400 then an add on with coolant flush and refill and labor. They couldn’t get the car finished that day so they held it over night and couldn’t start the car. I received a call and they told me I needed to get my starter replaced. I did not have any issues with my car not starting beforehand, and when I asked why all of a sudden that happened, I was told that it’s just wear and tear. You are able to buy and bring in your own parts for cheaper, because they wanted like $360 for a starter and I got one for $140 at autozone. I kept getting calls to add more charges onto my bill and it was stressing me out. I cancelled my diagnostic testing because I didn’t want to get sold on more crap, I have been dealing with a P0522 code now because after they switched out the oil pressure sensor I was getting a low voltage problem. I still need to go through the electrical to fix this. I wouldn’t go through all the headache with this place. I usually do all the work on my cars but I have been really busy and couldn’t find the time, and now I regret the decision of having my car be worked on here.

I had a Groupon for an oil change, it was expired, but Groupon policy is that if your Groupon expires the vendor must honor the amount you paid for the Groupon. The manager refused to honor it and said they don’t take Groupons anymore.. this was on top of the $1,500 repairs he strongly recommended I need, that they can do in shop. I paid about $100 instead of the difference I would’ve paid had he honored my Groupon. He also didn’t mention that I could save $10 by scanning a QR code in front of the register for an instant rebate off my oil change. They’re not trying to save you money.. they’re trying to milk you for money. I will not be back and definitely don’t think you should take your car here

It would’ve been a five star if the call center that I’ve called Told me the proper price for an oil change, thankfully when I got there, I spoke with the manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my decision of going to Mountain View. I will be back but again the call center that your Storage is using needs a conference call with corporate.
