We just stopped by to wash our 2020 GMC Sierra truck. Apparently this car wash isn’t set up to wash a truck complete. The water or brushes never made it past the rear tail light. Also it scratched the left side fender skirt. We are leasing this truck and will be responsible for any damage incurred by us. I would like to be able to send you pictures but it isn’t a option on this message. I do have pictures should you require seeing them. What a waste of $15! My truck is a month old and I waxed a week ago with ceramic wax so should be easy to clean. It looks worse after wash! You can see streaks where soap only covered part of the vehicle and left clean streaks in the dirt on the truck when washed off. Truck was only dirty from driving in the rain. Ridiculous!

We are livid. Just took our car to the eco car wash in Milton. Paid $20 for the ultimate wash, touch free. The car was soaped up, and the machine stopped mid washing. We tried calling the phone number on the building and got a voicemail. No one has bothered to call back. We ended up going north on Rte 7 to Acadia. Acadia is terrific, and less money. We will not go back to Eco.

Ecowash is the best around! I get the monthly pass, and 15 washes for $40 is a smoking deal! Premium wash does a nice job hitting the bottom of the car. The actual car wash rocks the car with pressure! Pretty badass!

Worst car wash I've been too! Spent 6 bucks and could have easily spent another and it still wouldn't be clean! The foaming brush is like a slinky that wouldn't wash the car at all. The soap was worthless and the rinse didn't clean it off leaving a horrible residue all over the car. Back home now to pull out a wash bucket because the car looks 10 times worse than before we visited this car wash!!!

Paid for $12 wash a few times and the polishing foam was empty. I called to notify them and was promised a free wash that I never got. Now the price has increased to $15 their website hasn't been working to renew my wash club. Taking my and my family's business elsewhere. Service had been great up until recently. Using the car wash by Ace Hardware in Milton now.

Only car wash i used! Once i did something wrong and the machine ate my money, I called the number and received a code for a free wash. Didn't use it for about 6 months and still worked! The place is always clean with everything in working order!

Usually, it's a pretty good place, but unfortunately, the last time I went and selected the largest wash package, it must have been the soap. I hardly got any suds or wax on my car, and the same issue occurred with the self-service option.

I would give a zero star if I could. Went to get changed from machine and it took my 20 bucks and then said feed error. No number on machine, no number on building. Number associated with car wash online is a non working number. The other number is for a car wash not affiliated with them in Williston. So the town of milton allows a business to be ran with no number to contact for issues. Will never return to this car wash and I will be following up with the BBB with a complaint and calling the town of milton regarding their business they allow with the car wash to not even have a proper phone number to get my 20 bucks back. Seems a scam to not have a business number working and an alternative number to another companies car wash

Just did a late night wash of my truck in the self bay. I probably spent the $3 plus another 2-3. I love the giant blow dryer, so I dropped my last dollar and couldn't feed the machine. So I swiped my card. I got 5 minutes of time. Finished blow drying my truck. Just checked my account I paid $10 for that 5 minutes!!! I get a minimum of $5 but $10 seems extremely steep for a ten minutes was.. others then spending $14 bucks for 10 minutes of time it all worked well and was relatively clean.

Had the $15 car wash. Lasted maybe 3 minutes and my car does not look like it was washed at all. The windshield was still covered in spots and wheel wells are caked with dirt still. I wish I went with the cheaper wash and I wouldn't be as disappointed.

I went to this car wash paid $20. My truck look worse coming out then I went. It went in. There was white foam all over my truck. It was still dirty. This place is straight up sucks.

Had my car wash there today. Very unhappy car still had soap on it when I drove out and didn’t really looked like it had been washed. Probably won’t be going back. To bag it was convenient.

Place won't cancel my subscription! Be wary of signing up for the monthly car wash plan!! Cancel button the app simply signs you out, and email and voicemail were left unanswered requesting to cancel the subscription. Looks like I'll have to do a chargeback to get this cancelled. Scammy.

Do NOT waste your money here. The guy who answered the phone was very hostile while filling a complaint. This could have been resolved very easily by allowing me to go thru the car wash again. Yes, I drove 1/2 mile down the road before inspecting my vehicle. But there's no way I accumulated dirt and grub and streaks within the mile round trip. He used the excuse that I drive a jeep and it has a square body type and his car wash is not designed to wash these types of vehicles. He hung up on me

Went today because my car needed desalting. Very busy but worth the wait. Paid for the high end touchless wash. My car came out shiny and looking new. Only takes about ten minutes for the full wash. Love the way it makes my car look, sparkles in the sun.

Subpar wash where you never know if you'll get a thorough job done or not. Receipt no longer provided even for card usage or for business expense. Customer service was unhelpful and just rude. Do not come here.
